Always thought about watching this and I have over the past couple of weeks.

 

Now caught up with the current series :wub:! I absolutely love it.

 

Billie Piper is amazing.

I love Call girl. Billie Piper has made this role her own. She has failed to recieve any recognition for her role which annoys me.

 

I am annoyed they haven't explained the absence of Bambi. Plus the format of the show has changed this series. It's become a bit too comedic. I am greateful they have given the show time to end and i am eager to see where Belle's story comes to an end.

I miss Bambi :( I loved her.

 

I'm guessing because she got married she's no longer on the game, but she could at least pop in to say hi to Belle.

I agree. It seems the actress moved on. She is now in the new TV show Bedlam

 

Another thing to nit pick on, is they never explored her relationship with her parents very much. Only her sister. Well i always find in so many tv shows, to understand a character, you need to meet their parents.

I am glad she didn't. It wouldn't of been true to the character of Belle. Plus, how predictable it would of been to quit her job and be with him. That was the ending i was expecting. When it didn't, i was kinda satisfied. But i felt there should of been a scene afterwards saying what happened to Belle afterwards. Her doing a monologue voice over showing scenes of what she did next and what happened to Ben. Unless they are hoping an eventual movie will follow as they have been in talks to do one.

I've missed like all of this season :cry:

I treated myself to the complete series. The show is so totally different in Season 1. The show massively evolved and became a better show by Season 2 onwards. Wasn't just about sex as a whole.

Urgh, what an anti-climatic pile of w***.

 

I can't believe they are serving us that $h!te as a final scene. Series finale's are usually god awful, and as usual the last scene kills the entire episode. If you're going to make it dire, at least make the entire thing unwatchable instead of ruining a perfectly decent episode [see Will & Grace whose series finale is so revolting i've only ever seen it once]

I liked it but it seemed a bit rushed. They knew Series 4 was the final series before production so it's not like they were told at the last minute to compile a finale.
