Muse are the greatest live act I ever saw- fantastic show, plus great vocals to back it up- definitely one of the best live acts in the World right now, vocally and performance-wise

in terms of just vocals, I must admit Adele's BRITs performance was fantastic, Coldplay and Lady Gaga are great live from my memory- I'm pretty sure most experienced singers are good at singing live, theres not a lot who genuinely aren't good live singers

Edited by Gaga for Glee!

:o He was good vocally?

His Grammy performance last weekend was SHOCKING..

Yep

I was really surprised too. He hit the high notes so well, so I have no idea what happens to him during his tv performances

Lots of guests seem to use mime on X Factor.

Kylie didn't :P

Speaking of which, she is a superb performer, both in terms of singing and performance.

For me Kylie, Take That, Muse and Bon Jovi are fantastic live performers who give it their all vocally and entertainment wise and i have always enjoyed their concerts, out of those 4 kylie is very under rated live but she has thankfully got more recognition for her live shows in recent years. The Corrs were also another fantastic live band, all 5 mentioned for me are far far better live than studio versions and im happy they have all released fantastic live material.

My top three are.....(in no order)

Pink. You all know what I think of her :heehee: I saw the Funhouse Tour about 10 times (would have been more if i could afford it!!), I think that says it all really, there are not many artists who can swing around in the air and sing live. The woman is amazing.

Butch Walker. Firstly, when I saw him supporting Pink, he got the crowd going like I have never seen before for a very unknown support act. His own gig in Manchester last summer was the best gig I have ever been too. Tiny stage and venue, so much energy and sweat, it was a perfect gig. When he jumped off tiny stage into the crowd to dance with us, well that was awesome

Bon Jovi. Ticket prices are ridiculous for most artists, Bon Jovi included, anyone who went to their london shows last year would agree with me there. But they do give you your money worth. I saw them twice last year, and the second time (their last london show at the time) they played a three hour set. And also when I saw them in coventry in 2006 I was right at the front of the walkway and Jon sang to me  This year I am seeing them in manchester and paid extra for vip diamond cirlce tickets, we get to go backstage, have a dinner and some merch and we are let in before everyone else in the front circle. I'm v.excited!

Rod Stewart. I know I said top 3, but Rod just misses it  He is a great performer, especially for a guy of 60+, he still puts on a great show and I've enjoyed both gigs I have been to of his.

I love the experience of gigs, I would rather spend my summer going to gigs than going on holiday.

Britney is the best live vocalist :kink:

Now seriously, from the concerts I've gone to, my faves are The Killers (of course), Robbie Williams and The Cranberries.

Looking forward to see Roxette in April :cheer: I bet they're amazing live!

Oh and Keane were pretty amazing too!!!!

I completely agree on Pink. I saw her 2 days after my 21st and she was AMAZING. So energetic and fantastic live.

Also sensational live are the Sugababes.

Especially Keisha and Mutya

Say what you want about the girls/the band but you can't deny that they are absolutely incredible live. Hell, even Heidi sounds note perfect in that video.

Oh, and Gabriella Cilmi and Delta Goodrem are both sensational live too.

Alexandra Burke is a great singer and also a great dancer, so in terms of a performance, I pick her :)

Leona Lewis  Simply incredible. Also her Tour DVD (which has been top 10 for 11 weeks so far ) shows she's a great performer too.

Beyonce is arguably pefect live.
