March 6, 201114 yr Author So, new and re-entries from 41-100 this week: Glee Cast get their 89th and 90th top 100 hits with Bruno Mars covers Marry You (#51) and Just The Way You Are (#69). Manic Street Preachers get a third top 100 single from Postcards From A Young Man, the title track (#54). Britney Spears gets a second top 100 hit from Femme Fatale, Till The World Ends (#55 on two days of sales). Hurts get a fifth top 100 hit from Happiness, Sunday (#57). Bruno Mars re-enters with the original Marry You at a new peak of #62. The Naked And Famous get their first hit with Young Blood (#64). N-Dubz get a fourth top 100 hit from Love.Live.Life, Morning Star (#66). McFly get a third top 100 hit from Above The Noise, That's The Truth (#67). Alesha Dixon (surprisingly) gets a third top 100 hit from The Entertainer, Every Little Part Of Me (feat. Jay Sean) at #78. Cee Lo Green gets a third top 100 hit from The Lady Killer, Bright Lights Bigger City (#79). Jessie J charts at #81 with album track and planned next single Nobody's Perfect from the album Who You Are. Tracy Chapman re-enters the top 100 with Fast Car at #82. The Black Eyed Peas get a second top 100 hit from The Beginning, Just Can't Get Enough (#89). Ellie Goulding gets a sixth top 100 hit from Lights, the title track (#91). Nothing that interesting really, I'm very surprised how high Britney is though. Great to see The Naked And Famous getting a hit at last. Edited March 6, 201114 yr by Bray
March 6, 201114 yr Ya black eyed peas will move up next week but i dont think alesha dixon will manage the same,i think this could see alesha being dropped.
March 6, 201114 yr Author What about Trey Songz. How many top75 songs has he had? Trey Songz isn't a new entry, it's up from #98. This is his second top 75 hit and his third top 100 hit.
March 6, 201114 yr ^ Yeah. If anything, I'm actually surprised at how high Alesha charted. She never really seemed to be that high on iTunes, although it could be doing better on other download sites.
March 6, 201114 yr Jessie J could have easily had 5 weeks at #1 if you take Adele out of the equation, for the past 5 weeks Jessie J has not budged an inch from the top 2 with Adele in the way. Next week Adele could still do the double again if Wiz Khalifa fails to set the chart alight this week. At the moment that's looking likely Wiz has hardly hit the top 40 on iTunes yet.
March 6, 201114 yr Yeah. I'm not sure if Black and Yellow is even going to chart top 20 next week now! :drama: :(
March 6, 201114 yr Author Yeah. I'm not sure if Black and Yellow is even going to chart top 20 next week now! :drama: :( Regardless of how slow it's moving I'd still say it's almost certain it'll go top 10 at least. Chasing Pavements has been back in the top 100 for 3 weeks, I don't get how it is when it hasn't gone near the iTunes top 100  It's currently at #121 Edited March 6, 201114 yr by Bray
March 6, 201114 yr Funny enough if Adele musters 4 weeks in the singles chart next week its just over 2 years and 2 weeks when Lily Allen spent 4 weeks at #1 (2009)
March 6, 201114 yr Author Wonderland have missed the top 100, or was it released last week? It only had 2 days of sales this week.
