So Adele - Someone like you live dissappeared from charts, Nicoles in a 20k lead.. Adele still quite bit behind nicole.. if tommorow morning adele is still behind nicole.. nicole has it in the bag!

As you say, she's 20k ahead (if that source is correct, and it most likely is as that margin of a lead is entirely feasible based on the pop bars so far this week) and at the moment, is still gaining. Additionally, if the sales were only up to midnight Tuesday (not Wednesday, as would be factored into today's mids) then that lead will probably be around 30-35k now. As of now, Nicole's lead is STILL being extended.

 

There is no way on earth Adele will reverse that lead in 30-odd hours after her CR performance, unless someone shoots her on stage and there is a national outpouring of grief.

Based on its pop bar this week so far, I reckon it'll nudge 100k this week.

I would guess that was up to Tues midnight - as an extraoplation would give Adele 80k for the week, which sounds about right.

 

Although it'll almost certainly be higher? With CR and such.

Also we think iTunes sales were missing for Tuesday due to the lack of movement in the chart, so both are likely higher. Adele was probably missing more sales as she doesn't have physicals and the live version of SLY is only available on iTunes. I'm hoping CR can get SLY over 100k again. :D

 

Is it just me or has the BRITs version of SLY been deleted? :drama:

EDIT: Oh, this has already been discussed. Hopefully the new 'version' can get back into the top 40, it surely still has the momentum if it was still top 30 anyway.

The way the pop bars are, I think Nicole will hold onto the #1 spot right through until after Adele performs on CR. Maybe even into Saturday dependant on when Adele performs, what she performs (likely to be SLY but she may surprise us) and how big the boost will be.

 

Anyone know the running order for tomorrow? Specifically, when are TW and Adele scheduled to perform?

Adele is due to be performing between 21:20 - 22:30 according to BBC

If she's released, she's not in the top 1000 on iTunes.

Looks like Adele will not overtake soon then, now that the live version has disappeared. Even though it is now back on again, people don't seem to be downloading it. Nicole now has a decent lead. Nicole will be number 1 unless something amazing happens.

Not sign of her this week but last week I saw the album version at 921.
