Ina Wroldsen Also Said.

And it's a sad sad world.

I've been careless with a delicate man.

I've been a bad bad girl

Those are lyrics to a song called 'Criminal' by Fiona Apple and you do know you can edit your posts to add new information instead of posting twice in a row?

Rochelle says "I got a record known for my style"

I don't think she did. ;)

"I got a record, and I'm known for my style." is the first lyric-reveal for Notorious.

Sorry - i read it from My Blackberry & The picture wasn't clear.

The Lyrics sound promosing!

Irish Lad love your sig!

I hope this means with 5 lyrics getting released this week we could get to hear the premiere next week, to carry on the momentum.

Hear and see the whole thing - a.k.a the video :). It's not going to radios 'til mid-May.

''Boy my resumé say's I'm a bad Girl''

Really, really excited for this now!! And I've noticed that they've gone back to different coloured dresses too!! Mollie will wear yellow (she always does!) and Una pink maybe? or purple?

I'm sooo excited for this era, and I really do think it could be their strongest :D

Irish-Lad there 4 Una showed one yesterday! Hehe I just forgot to quote it.

Una's on Celebrity Juice for anyones information.

How well do you think 'Notorious' wil do in the charts?

I think Top10 hopefully.

If it's another 'Work' then it may not do well.

Don't forget not even Flo Rida could help The Saturdays get their 1st No1

Don't compare this to 'Work' or 'Higher', as they were post-album singles. This is the first single from new era, and it is obviously going to do better.

Basically we have 4 options:

1. It's on air - on sale (or is being held back for 1-2 weeks) and it appeals to the music audience: very big sales in the end and a top-5 peak at very least.

2. It's on air - on sale but doesn't appear to the music audience: top-10 at best without much longevity (a la Britney 'Hold it Against Me' but slightly better with a lower peak).

3. It's held back properly but it appeals to the music audience: top-3 debut (more likely #1 debut but they could be unlucky, so I'd safely say top-3) with big sales and a stable chart-run but a bit worse than in option 1.

4. It's held back properly and it doesn't appeal to the general music audience: still top-3/5 but plummets down the charts (a la Forever is Over).

So I'd say they're guaranteed for another top-5 single unless it's quite average / bad AND is being promoted on 'on air - on sale' strategy (option 2).

I really do think Notorous has a strong chance of number one. It will be released to music channels & Radio's In the Next Fortnight leaving them 2 weeks to promote and for them to get airplay & Videoplay which i think they will do.. Notorious has had brillaint reviews from Radio Stations aswell.

Mollie's Final Lyrics " I'm a bad girl, I'm notorous"

Next week we're getting Photo's from Video Shoot.

I thinkt he week after that we will hear and see the video. It's kinda On Air thing but not.. quite smart though.

Why are you even talking about chart positions, you haven't heard the song.
Can I stress that they're not doing on air/on sale. The shorter the gap between us hearing the track and being able to download it, the better.
^ So you think on air/on sale would be ideal then.

No. I was implying that even though they're not doing on air/on sale, the shorter the gap between us hearing it and them releasing it the better. A 2-3 week gap would be acceptable. I think that's where they've lost it a bit with previous singles such as Ego and Higher. They could have sold more if they hadn't of fannied about with breaks between the video premier and the actual release.

Sorry, the poster above me said exactly the same thing. Ignore this....

Here's this week's flip! In which we see them making of the promo shoots for the single (although they did the cover in LA):
