May 24, 201114 yr Notorious - Spain #81 #60 already! Edit: Now #53. Edited May 24, 201114 yr by The47thbelmon
May 24, 201114 yr Author the only negative comment i can say about Notorious' performance is that it must keep selling, as its unlikley they will sell in excess of 50,000 which it needs to sell to go onto reach 300,000+. in an ideal world, it will chart at #5 and sell 50,000 this week, climb or stay the same next week, maybe drop slowly in weeks 4 and 5, with the physical giving another boost in week 6. Then it would probably be well over 220,000

If Bgt like I said (I do doubt this though but it seems in an interview Una kinda gave away they had a big performance coming up as she said " i cant say what we have coming up" speaking about a performance. I think we need to wait and see but the fact it's still climbing is positive and there in CapitalFm tonight.. every radioplay counts.
May 24, 201114 yr If you check their Youtube stadistics you'll see Spain is one of the countries where their videos are more popular. Including flips and documentaries. All in all, Spanish iTunes sales are REALLY low, so it isn't hard at all to get a high position. Edited May 24, 201114 yr by The47thbelmon
May 24, 201114 yr When the hell did Saturdays get popular in Spain! I have no idea. I also have no idea how the spanish chart works, how popular itunes is... etc Itunes Update UK: 5 Ireland: 17 Spain: 53 Thats all I can find so far
May 24, 201114 yr You performed on So You Think You Can Dance at the weekend. Do you have any other promo lined up? Rochelle: "The track is out now to download, but the physical single isn't out until June 27. We'll definitely be doing more promo, but we can't say what." Una: "It's because of this new thing where the digital release is really soon after the radio premiere, so more of our promo will be around the physical release too. We still believe in the physical release so it will be nice to keep some of the promotion until then." That Part gives me hope we will see them on Bgt.
May 24, 201114 yr Notorious Update! United Kingdon - 05 Ireland - 16 Spain - 43 Italy - #188 It's Been released EVERYWHERE in Europe apart from Germany.. The rest of Europe they are not in the top 200. Not in Top 200 In New Zealand or Australia either. Edited May 24, 201114 yr by lee wallace
May 24, 201114 yr Do downloads count for a lot in terms of sales in Spain? Not at all. A #1 on iTunes for the whole week might get you inside the top30/20 of the official top 50 singles. Its importance is increasing but this will mainly serve to their team that they have a fanbase in Spain, waiting to spend their money on them, and to Spanish radio stations that the audience like the group and they could try and play their songs. So it's important in the long term. Edit: Up to #39 Edited May 24, 201114 yr by The47thbelmon
May 24, 201114 yr I think this will go no higher than 4 this week and could possibly rise to 2 the next week if it keeps on climbing on iTunes. ^_^
May 24, 201114 yr Yeah I think it will keep climbing if it's doing this well without much airplay etc. Next week should be it's peak but Bgt performances will knock them down.
May 24, 201114 yr 04 Aloe Blacc 'I Need A Dollar' 38.3% 05 The Saturdays 'Notorious' 37.9% Still gaining. 0.4% behind, should be #4 in an hour or so. Edited May 24, 201114 yr by LEW.
May 24, 201114 yr #30 in Spain!! Although I guess it will start going down soon, when all fans have bought the single. Still, amazing success based ONLY in the fanbase they've been creating over the years through internet!
May 24, 201114 yr I'm seeing them at #36 in Spain? :( And 4 Aloe Blacc I Need a Dollar 0.377963 5 The Saturdays Notorious 0.369632
May 24, 201114 yr 4 Aloe Blacc I Need a Dollar 0.377963 5 The Saturdays Notorious 0.369632 The gap between #3 and #4 is smaller than it was before which is which why the gap between #4 and #5 has increaseed.
