Also is it just me or does every male / female duet in Eurovision need to have one of two running themes? One being "you're way too good for him love." Or the second being "you're barking up the wrong tree love."

Azerbaijan has the added bonus of having both of these!

Oh come on she was way too pretty for him, he looks like a wife beater! At least in the national final she was...if you compare that to the finals, being around him for months on end had clearly aged her by about ten years! Poor Chanée :(
I think it was mainly because it was incredibly obvious he hated her or was completely indifferent to her :( He didn't even look at her when they qualified! He was definitely just in it for the career revival...

Well that worked

Did you see the ESC Today interview with them at the Danish national final? When asked if it felt good to be back he said "Yes, but to be honest I'd rather be at home watching a movie."

He needs shot.

It reminds me a little about My Chemical Romance (which I hate) and Green Day (which I love) I quite like it, maybe their best entry since 2000. So I think and hope they will easly qualify

Oh goody!! Another one of my favourites. It's the most accessible rock entry this year, and rock always does well at Eurovision if it manages to have a widespread appeal. OK this is pop-rock, but it's still just on the edge of the genre nonetheless. It's anthemic, it has a great hook, and it builds. This is sailing through to the final and I really think this will be in contention for the win, even though most fan polls and the bookies only have it around low top ten. It just has that same kind of instant appeal that they managed with In A Moment Like This last year. 10/10 from me.
One concern I have about Denmark is that I hope they can pull it off properly live. I don't quite believe their national final performance was entirely devoid of pre-recorded backing vocals and autotune, as seems to be the norm with the Danish national selections in the past couple of years. Those backing vocals in the final chorus have to be perfect, and the sound mix has to be bang on the mark.
It's certainly an OK track, but it comes dangerously close to plagarising a number of songs. It should see Denmark through to the final, and I wouldn't be surprised to see it come top 10 as it's pretty anthemic. 7/10.

Denmark failed to qualify in 07, not 06 :P

I hated this at first because of his godawful accent and the fact it rips off the chord progression to the verses of Daydream Believer something terrible, a song I've always despised. But it's got a real charm to it that brought me around eventually, and it's incredibly anthemic. Not quite up to In A Moment Like This's standard, but certainly better than most of their entries last decade. 9.5/10

Love it. Up there with my favourites - as others have said, it basically is 100 other songs - for me, Andreas Johnson's Sing For Me and more worryingly Craig's At This Time Of Year. Agreed with Tyron slightly on the accent thing, he does have a fairly grating voice which perhaps stops the song from being a genuine 10/10 moment for me. But hopefully Denmark will be up there again, and I agree with Peter that the bookies are perhaps underplaying it. My prediction for it is between 3rd and 5th right now I think. 9.5/10

10/10 Italy

8/10 Bulgaria

4/10 Malta

7.5/10 Azerbaijan

7/10 Denmark

Pretty boring, but still good. I wonder when songs from my favourite ever country in the world become even half good as the country itself?! Gosh, so much potential wasted. :(

Stella Mwangi - Haba Haba

I think this is one of the songs that might win. It have a feeling to it that makes you wanna dance and sing, and a song that's easy to get stuck on your brain, alot of people I know keeps singing this and complain about it because they can't get it out if their mind lol. I love it and was the only song in MGP that I wanted to win. For 4 years I have got my favorite entry to Eurovision! 08,09,10 and 11! Good luck Stella!!

Love this. I even think it's better than Waka Waka. Definitely one I want to see win! 9.5/10.
I truly loved it at first but I think because it was the obvious stand out in an extremely weak MGP. Standing next to the other Eurovision entries, I'm not so in awe of it. That said, it's a great fun African style chant pop song with dancier elements than Waka Waka had (although a weaker overall package imo - can't beat Shakira!). Still up there with my favourites I guess but I'd sooner see quite a few songs win. 8.5/10
9/10. It has fallen down my rankings since further countries selected their entries, but I do adore this. Such a feelgood entry, you can't help but smile when it's performed.
Yeah, it's good fun, but the production's quite cheap and tinny, and Stella's vox is quite weak. I have a feeling this might underperform now there's such strong competition for the top ten. Top 15 hopefully, but anything beyond that would be an ask. 7.5/10
I love Norway this year! I think its a really catchy and fun song. A lot of he other songs this year that people rank fairly high are growers which are no good on the night. I know that people are concerned at Stella's vocal abilties but I'm sure she'd get a singing lesson or two before May. 9/10

Love this however i have a feeling this is going to be this years shock ESC song - Predicted to do well but won't like so many before it. Still one of the better songs this year though but can really see it struggling - Hopefully the vocal performance will be better on the night too.

8.5/10

OMG. i must be sipping from a different cup.. HATE this entry HATE, HATE, HATE it..

the voice is bad, the song is horrible... my ears are bleeding...

i will give her 2/10 only because she is adorable and infectious... if i turn off the volume it looks cute and makes me smile... thatd eserves couple of points in my book :D
