I know the only thing that can get number one next week in Jennifer Lopez i expect Nicole's chart run to be go 1-2-3

 

It's going to have to climb much higher on iTunes to get top 40 this week, especially since its missing Sunday sales. It's got a lot to catch up on. Most album tracks start falling after Wednesday. Some album tracks have been known to go top 20 on iTunes and miss the top 40.

 

It's possible though. If Chris keeps tweeting about it, he'll esentially be promoting it.

No, Jessie J didn't even go top 30 on iTunes, if I remember correctly. Although there were two versions of Who You Are in the top 100 back then, so it probably peaked at #20 combined, or something.

Just can't get enough shows how stunning Fergie's vocals are, it was a perfect choice for single single Imo.

I know this is really random, but I LOVE the way Fergie pronounces the "n" when she says "demon" and "meanin'" in Just Can't Get Enough. :lol:

Haha. Yeah, except when it's something really annoying! There's some songs where I listen to the instrumental, and hear some really annoying bit, and then I always hear it when I replay the proper version of the song. Happens so much. Like in Bad Romance there's this high-pitched clicking noise that appears at the end of every two bars or something, and I can't ignore it whenever I listen to the song now. :( :lol:

 

I was just watching a live performance, and Fergie pronounces those "n"s even more there than in the studio version! :D :heart:

You're rather optimistic there, given that Glee episodes usually get seen by only 2m or so viewers, compared to 7-8 million listener-impressions for even a #100 airplay single.

Not to mention, the Glee songs only get that ONE piece of promotion. People often laugh at how fast they fall down the charts sometimes, but I think a lot of songs would fall that fast if their whole promotion consisted of one performance to a few million people. Look at that Take That song that was performed in the weekend, for example.

I actually love that CB&JB collabo. And i can't either of them. But whoever thought of it should'nt be shot, they will be given a pay rise. This is going to be a MONSTER of a hit mark my words. Can see it being a huge Summer Anthem.

 

BTW, i actually love the top 20 atm. It is so diverse and not fully 'urban'. Like Wiz sandwiched between TW and BEP. And Dr.Dre in the middle of Ri-Ri and Jessie J. Amazing LOL
