Great to see Mumford, Chase & Status and Two Door Cinema Club all doing so well on iTunes - hopefully the boost will let Chase & Status gather some additional sales before 'Hitz' begins to chart. As for Two Door, top 10 on iTunes is a great feat - wonder if they'll outpeak the #24 position they reached last year.

 

They got #24 this year - their original 2010 peak was just #46 and it originally only spent that one week top 100. The TV ad campaign + 'What You Know' and the 'Something Good Can Work' re-release helped it to return and get a decent chart run (although it had been hanging around in the lower half of the top 200 for ages before that anyway) and it re-peaked at #33 in February then again at #24 in May.

Janelle benefiting the most it seems. All 4 Coldplay albums back in the top 50, oddly the oldest is highest and the newest is lowest... I suppose that just shows the increase of the download market over time? As downloads were more prevalent at the time of VLVODAAHF's release more people are likely to own it on iTunes and vice versa for Parachutes/AROBTTH?

I don't think it is, thats the pre-order sales at 17 (which indicate it will have good first week sales)

Beyonce at #17 I'm sure she'll hit #1 tomorrow! COME ON BEYONCE! :w00t:

47,000 sales for #1 today, surely she can hit that with ease, well hopefully more! #TeamBey :heart:

 

Also i thought Loud was £6, £7.99 again now! Maybe it was limited time only :o

To think I was reading an article the other day claiming Beyonces label was fearing a flop after her singles didn't exactly set the charts alit! But wow she is doing fantastically so far! Hope she keeps it up :D I'm going to buy my copy physically.
