It could be a bit touch and go for 21 to remain officially top 10 this week, on the one hand Rihanna, 1D, Kate Bush, Nickelback, Westlife and The Saturdays all have pretty decent shots at overtaking her, but on the other hand she might decide to be ahead of '+' this week and she should also overtake SuBo and Drake, maybe Coldplay as well. And JLS and/or Snow Patrol could always plummet.

I doubt they'll plummet THAT much, they only need 35k-odd to beat her. Nickelback may not make that (it was this time last year that MCR missed the top 10 with 30k and they had a top 40 single) but Rihanna, 1D, Kate Bush and Westlife should all beat her and the Saturdays MIGHT.

Rihanna #1 with an album costing £10.99 thats really impressive!

Now! 80 has overtaken TTT.

Top 10 update:

1. Now That's What I Call Music! 80 - Various Artists

2. Talk That Talk (Deluxe Edition) - Rihanna

3. Christmas - Michael Bublé

4. Take Care (Deluxe Version) - Drake

5. Now That's What I Call Xmas - Various Artists

6. Mylo Xyloto - Coldplay

7. XX Twenty Years - Ministry of Sound - Various Artists

8. A Very Gaga Holiday (Live) - EP - Lady GaGa

9. Ceremonials - Florence + The Machine

10. Here and Now - Nickelback

Coldplay are holding up pretty well thus far :D

That Gaga EP is only four tracks long so I can see it just scraping a top 100 position on the singles chart this week.

I think Olly stands a good chance of number 1 next week. Westlife should shift a few copies of their greatest hits though. Kelly has quite a few hits on her album, could help her. Buble and Rihanna will put up decent numbers as well, I think it's between those two and Olly really, Westlife the darkhorses. Rebecca will do alright but I don't think she'll be in the running. Number 1 will sell just over 100k this week IMO.

Olly is on top of the chart, hopefully he'll take revenge on Rihanna! Bit worried that he's only 4 on HMV's chart though, maybe they don't update that very often. Also only 4 on Amazon as well. Also Rihanna has two versions of her album out. Is there a popularity bar for Itunes albums? And we do we get midweek positions and sales figures?

December effect seems to have hit iTunes albums as well then, we have a Christmas top 2 currently and four Christmas entries in the top 10 :P
