March 24, 201115 yr I've definitely heard J-Lo on the radio, even a few weeks ago, so how come she's not charting already? Wasn't she even Scott Mills record of the week recently? I thought I understood the new on air rule. but I guess I don't. She's not part of this on air rule. I believe her single is due to be released next week.

Yes I know R1 play loads of artists who miss the top 40, but those artists need support and would rather peak at 64 than not get promoted and hype at all. Britney has had her time.
