The album is coming out in 2012. So still a longggggg wait.

Apparently she has been working with Nas and 50 cent.

I stopped caring when I saw the name 50 Cent. Just NO

I think I'll retire instead to the Death of Nelly Furtado thread, and continue to MOURN

2012? DEAR GOD. I suppose it doesn't really matter seeing how she has no hype/momentum left whatsoever. It's insane to think after Loose she's in a worst position (commercially) than she was after Folklore. ALSO WHAT HAPPENED TO HER WORKING WITH PASSION PIT? 50 Cent is just horrendous and screams label intervening.

WHATEVER. SHE'S JUST A LAZY MAMMOTH THESE DAYS.

She needs to put that on hold, its been 5 years since her last english studio album, she's lost all the momentum she had with Loose. This will either be a total flop, or put her back on the map, although seeing 50 Pence's name kinda makes me think of the former. We're no longer in 2006, Nelly. Work with artists who are successful these days!

I imagine the 'release' is planned for 22/12/2012. Nobody will know she actually did not record anything if everyone dies the day before :D

I've actually stopped caring now tbh :( 2012 release is ridic, Loose seems like an age ago (fab as it still is) and the Spanish album was a bit meh so I was hoping she'd get up off her ass and give us something this year, and the age away release date and the Nas/50 Cent collabs make me unexcited. She's obviously gonna try and be try hard cool-urban, but fail by using arguably the two most irrelevant rappers she could choose!

 Wouldn't shock me really, lazy bitch has taken enough time as it is, she may as well pull another trick :P
