March 25, 201114 yr Author I'm surprised Adele is not #1 on this with SLY It's not that surprising really. It's had a chart run of 76-9-2-1-2 so far, so that's only 4 weeks in the Top 10. It is moving up the YTD chart quickly though and should be just outside the Top 10 next week.

Yes - unlike sales, where there is potentially almost no limit to weekly figures - with airplay there is only a certain number of times you can play a song each week without p155ing off your audience. :) The weekly limit seems to be just under 100m listener-impressions - it's extremely rare for that to be exceeded. March 26, 201114 yr No Nicole on Radio! Well, this is the YTD chart. We're 3 months into the year, so new songs on the radio will take a few weeks to climb in.
March 26, 201114 yr The weekly limit seems to be just under 100m listener-impressions - it's extremely rare for that to be exceeded. Wasn't there one week where both The Flood and F**k You! were over 100m?
March 26, 201114 yr Author Wasn't there one week where both The Flood and F**k You! were over 100m? No neither of those reached 100m in a week. From memory I think the last song to get 100m in a week was Madonna's Hung Up.
March 26, 201114 yr Wasn't there one week where both The Flood and F**k You! were over 100m? I can't remember, but I wouldn't have been surprised. November/December time last year was dreadful for UK radio. :(
March 26, 201114 yr Author No Nicole on Radio! It only reached #11 this week on its 2nd week in the Top 50. It is climbing quickly and should be in the Top 50 within the next few weeks. It is currently: 88. (115) Nicole Scherzinger - Don't Hold Your Breath 3,961 83.1
March 27, 201114 yr No neither of those reached 100m in a week. From memory I think the last song to get 100m in a week was Madonna's Hung Up. I'm pretty sure JT-Rock Your Body also did so.
