Two of the 3 NBC midseason comedies, Bent and BFFs, are six episode orders only.

They either have no confidence in them or they are emergency filler that they may only be able to do a Breaking In//Body Of Proof with.

CBS have picked up dramas Unforgettable (formerly The Rememberer) and The 2-2 (formerly Rookies), plus comedy How To Be A Gentleman.

 

Looks like a thoroughly awful new set of shows.

Minus about three of four shows on CBS (Mother, Big Bang, Good Wife), they really are the worst network imo. Yet they have the most viewers etc. Go figure :heehee:

GOOD GOD. Whitney and Are You There, Vodka? It’s Me, Chelsea look dreadful.

 

Edit: I can't get over how loud the laugh-track is. Neither will last very long.

That actually look good. Bout time Zooey got more exposure. She's usually the supporting role in films.

 

THIS IS GONNA BE THE BEST SHOW EVER

New Girl looks hilarious. Goofy comedy doesn't have to be particularly witty if the stars are likeable.

 

CBS has picked up another drama, A Gifted Man. It's a medical about a surgeon whose wife dies and starts 'teaching him what life is all about from the hereafter'. It actually sounds interesting.

 

I've just been watching the full NBC trailers (rather than the clips) and The Playboy Club looks seriously brilliant. Really impressive production values and they've nailed the 60s feel.

'I Hate My Teenage Daughter' looks bad, it really does need that X Factor lead-in (assuming XF doesn't totally flop). I think 'New Girl' looks great though, and I'm certainly checking out both 'Alcatraz' & 'Terra Nova' (which I think looks brilliant).

 

On the NBC front, I may give 'Grimm' & 'Whitney' a go, otherwise I'll be forced to wait to mid-season.

 

Will do ABC when we have proper trailers, but I quite like the look of 'Charlie's Angels' from the clip.

'Secret Circle' & 'Hart Of Dixie' picked up by The CW. I think both were expected, SC certainly was given it has links to TVD.

I really like the look of I Hate My Teenage Daughter, I was in tears of laughter at the promo.

'Awake' looks incredible. :o
