Just saw an ad for this on Facebook and the line "From the makers of 'Paranormal Activity' & 'Saw'" is what brought it to my attention.

Looks good. I like how they're not giving TOO much away with the trailer, visually. I think we could be in for some genuine shocks/jumps in this film... Hopefully it's good!

This is EXCELLENT. Like, REALLY GOOD. It's not as scary as I thought it would be though, but my God it made you jump in a couple of places. The story was really interesting and kept me thinking, although it was fairly easy to follow in the end. I LOVED the way it felt quite old, yet still felt so fresh and new at the same time. The music was very old school, with a modern twist. The opening credits in particular.
This is not my sort of film at all. I saw the trailer when I went to see Scream 4 and it gave me the heebie jeebies. I can't deal. However, I've liked the lead actor (whose name escapes me) ever since seeing him in Hard Candy.

Just got back from seeing this!

It's.. different. Not going to lie it made me jump quite a few times, and it was an interesting take on a style of a demon/horror genre. It reminded me a lot like

Drag Me To Hell, where it became quite "bombastic" towards the end

and I'm unsure on whether it worked or not, because the tension and suspense built from the beginning to about half way through the film is so gripping!
