A quick head-count has confirmed that I have bought 9 albums this year... and an EP

 

I really don't have a clue how many albums i've bough this year. :o Off the top of my head though; Justin Timberlake, Arctic Monkeys, The Fratellis, The Killers, Snow Patrol, James Morrison, Kasabian, Razorlight, The Zutons, Lostprophets, The Feeling, The Kooks, Robbie Williams, Stereophonics, The Ordinar Boys, The Automatic, Embrace, Gnarls Barkley and The Red Hot Chili Peppers. :lol:

The funniest thing about The Feeling's album though is that i've lost the CD. :lol: I still have the case but no CD. :(

 

Oh The Fratellis album is pretty good but its one of those albums that goes a bit smurfy after a few listens. :( I bought Brassbound by The Ordinary Boys. :lol: It was going cheap in Woolies so I picked it up. :lol:

Bummer about the Feeling CD... and they were playing the Fratellis album in HMV the other day... sounded quite good :)

 

I don't own 'Brassbound' either, but then I think the thing with the Ordinary Boys is i'm not sure if I could listen to a full CD of them :unsure:

The Fratellis album is just a real harmless album. Its good but its one of those albums that if you listen to it too much you'll get bored of it. ^_^

 

Oh I didn't really like Brassbound, I found the majority of it a bit dull. There are some good tracks but a lot of filler tracks. :(

Nah i'd reccomed it. :o Its good but its just if you listen to it TOO much it becomes all a bit smurfy. :(

I might buy it when it's less than half-price (IE when The Fratellis-Fever has died down a bit), or if I like their next single :)

 

And any album which you've described as 'Emo-esque' is a big no-no. I don't do black hair and stripy jumpers :P

Their next single is Whistle For The Choir. Its a nice little track thats really slow and nice. ^_^
