The album nobody was expecting she'd ever get, #3, will be out some time this year. In the interview above she talks a little about the new albums direction ^_^

(Bless her thinking Myspace is still relevant and when will she stop singing on her bloody knees????)

And something new [Dec 10 lol] to tide us over:

Exciting :) LOVED Ten  It was one of the very few albums I bought digitally last year. I do feel that her career has reached a state of early-onset Sophie-Ellis-Bextorism.
Her last album certainly under-performed. I had high expectations after the first single but it just went completely flat. If I'm honest, overall I preferred the style of her first album although I did like the pop tracks on her 2nd one too.
I look forward to it if it's anywhere near as good as 'Ten' was! :D I can't watch those videos on my computer though as YouTube's f***ed up, but I'll try watch them another time.

I can't believe she's being given another chance, after how abysmally Ten did. It's a truly fantastic album though, by far my favourite from last year and Defender in particular is beautiful. I'd certainly welcome something more along those lines, but obviously it didn't work out so it'll be back to the drawing board.

Just so long as we end up with a nice coherent album and nothing in the ilk of Sweet About Me it'll be fine.

The problem is that she has a fantastic voice, and a lovely personality, but her material so far has not matched this. 'Sweet About Me' & 'Save The Lies' were brilliant and 'On A Mission' was just OK. Both of her albums unfortuently havent been up to much, which is a shame when she has that voice. I hope she comes back with something amazing, but I can't help but thinking there will be a similar problem this time around.
The first album is really rather crap apart from a handful of songs. It suited her voice quite well I think, but the material wasn't particularly exciting.
if there is anything as good as On A Mission on this i will be happy.

I think she needs something more along the lines of Lessons To Be Learned, with a slightly more updated feel.

She needs the ballads of Ten, the charm, soul and loveablility of LTBL in a package with a couple of proper radio smashes like On A Mission, DWTGTB, GNPTG and SAM

To say she hasn't done particularly well with her last album, I think it did just right, it was nothing amazing.

Still looking forward to what she'll bring out next however ^_^

'Ten' was brilliant and 'On A Mission' was probably my favourite song of 2010 so it's fair to say I'm definatly looking forward to anything from her.

I always rather like her in interviews, nice but somewhat dim I find. She's also rather gorgeous.

I really like her but I think this will flop. Her last era did not do very well, mostly the singles.
I like Gabrielle. But her albums suck to put it bluntly. I never thought to much to her but perhaps began to respect her when i saw how good she was as a support act for Leona Lewis. I don't know who is in charge of her, but she could of potentially been a really successful Aussie Act if dealt with properly.

She's stunning live. I've seen her 3 times.

She's managed by Crown Music Management. The utter f***tards behind VV Brown and the Sugababes.

'Ten' was a brilliant album, so hopefully this'll be as good. I can't help but feeling it'll flop just as hard as Ten did, though. :(

That explains the flopping then :(. Like so many other artists, she would be very sucessful if handled properly.

I saw her supporting Leona and she pretty much outshone her in the space of a few songs.

She is also properly gorgerous I think.

Looking forward to this, but if the brilliant 'Ten' can't do anything in the charts then I don't know what the heck will! :(

Ten's not that great IMO, first album was probably better, neither are GREAT though.

She should go more rock-y or Goldfrapp-y rather than the watered-down RnB/dance-lite/average pop route.
