Tone has that effect ^_^

Nobody can come up with anyone more iconic or amazing so they stop posting so they don't feel inferior.

Britney tainted Rihanna's S&M release. Ever since Britney joined that record, it has FALLEN.

Wrong on two counts...

1. How can you 'taint' a song that's already about sado-masochistic sex?

2. It didn't fall - it climbed from 12-7...

Gutted. If i get the CD i will add it on at the end to up the overall score closer to 11/10 :kink:

More people should loon over this incredible woman

Nothing short of ICONIC dance moves.

In a perfect world you'd get the compilation but it's more likely to go to a metal fan I expect  Although if I get a metal album in return, my review will take no prisoners...

I can;

Poor cow.

How bizarre! A lovely read though LOL. It's scary that people like that actually have internet connections though!

oh and Britney <3

She's britney spears, she shouldn't need to step foot in the country to sell. Her name ALONE should be able to do that. She's not a new artist, she's established and recognziable enough without having to appear on f***ing Paul O'grady.

She has everything to prove, it's been over 10 years since her glory days, and she needs to PROVE she can take on the likes of Gaga, Rihanna, Katy Perry etc etc.. and the only thing she's proved with FEMME DOM is that she can't :) and don't give me the radio play excuse.. Alexandra Burk hardly got any radio support last year for "All Night Long" (it was either that or Start Without You) yet she still got a nice top ten position :)

Why not? it's logical. They basically appeal to the same demographic, and it's interesting to note how peoples taste has evolved from how it was years ago. Hell, Britneys hardly been a HUGE success since 2004 has she? And yes, I'll tell you why I will compare them and I'll also use Kylie Minogue as an example.

Kylie Minogue - ATL (first single from her new album)

320k even while up against STRONG summer competition from Katy Perry & Lady Gaga

Britney Spears - Hold SH!T against me (First single from new album)

150k with hardly any competition in January.

See? So sit your arse down and learn about statistics and why comparing actually IS relevant. Just because you don't like the results, doesn't mean you can placate them.

She may aswell, if she can only be relevant by LIVING off "in" popstars like a parasite. She should simply hop off Rihanna's bandwagon and stumble back to her crashed one.

Firstly, why should a name alone sell a CD? The UK haven't seen Britney properly since she was tied to a stretcher in 2008 and make a quick comeback for "Womanizer".

If we were going to use your X Factor comment as a reason for success, how come "Better Than Today" didn't hit the top 10 for Kylie? It got exposed at a quiet-ish week.

And as for Katy Perry, her album has just sold 1.3 million in the US (which I would consider awful considering that she has at 4 #1 hits there). So sometimes sales don't equivilate to popularity. And as for Rihanna, her sales are hot N cold like no-ones business. And she's pretty much everywhere in regards to promotion.

Just a typical day in Buzzjack :heehee: This is getting boring, has anyone won this argument ?

This thread was so boring to read. Hating on Britney is so 2000 and late. Laaaame. No one cares. Bye.
