November 16, 201113 yr Killed by love is probably my fav on the album, It's the weakest JLS album in my opinion tho, I only like a few songs sadly. :(
November 16, 201113 yr I dont understand why Do You Feel What I Feel is the 3rd single... there is so much better on the album such as Teach Me How to Dance. Seems an odd choice of single tbh nowhere near as strong as the previous 3rd single choices... Maybe they'll change it
November 16, 201113 yr Shy Of The Cool is brilliant, as is Take a Chance On Me. The rest are all average or below average imo. Worst album of there's so far.
November 16, 201113 yr And the sales reflect that opinion. Number 1's should be earned not guaranteed. JLS are learning this, and about time!
November 16, 201113 yr And the sales reflect that opinion. Number 1's should be earned not guaranteed. JLS are learning this, and about time! The last album only got to number 2 - so I doubt this one missing too isn't going to hit them too hard tbh. A 3rd album going in top 10 for an XF act, or indeed any act is still good going.

A 3rd album going in top 10 for an XF act, or indeed any act is still good going. Yes that is a good point but the sales arent nearly as good as their first album and the 3 singles off of it. OTW sold 600k in a year, Jukebox may struggle to sell 100k this week. Very suprised! Happy! but very suprised
November 18, 201113 yr I really want Take You Down to be the next single after Do You Feel What I Feel
November 18, 201113 yr They aren't killing it. JLS 2 years ago would have walked the number 1 spot in the single and albums charts, and SP wouldnt have stood a chance. Thing is SP are pushing JLS all the way, there are only a couple of hundred copies separating 1 and 2 in the charts. Wouldnt suprise me is they debut at number 2 on sunday. Their new single lost out to the 5th week sales of rihanna, and it looks like it will suffer a massive fall next week could fall out of the top 30 judging by the sales it has this week and taking into account the usual decline after the rush The sales of the album will be low this year, it seems the JLS magic in terms of sales is wearing thin now. This might encourage them to leave a bit of a gap between releases and create demand, rather than falling into the Westlife trap of every Christmas releasing a mediocre album Edited November 18, 201113 yr by jay727

This might encourage them to leave a bit of a gap between releases and create demand, rather than falling into the Westlife trap of every Christmas releasing a mediocre album Sales of albums are low this year anyway unless your name is Adele - tbh how many pop acts look set to get a number 1 with their 3rd albums? How many XF acts have had a 3rd album which looks set to go in at the top. Yes they may not sell as much as Album 1... or Album 2 - however the fact they are even in the frame for a number 1 with a 3rd album is quite good IMO. JLS lost out with TACOM - OD look set to miss out on 6 weeks sales for Rihanna + their single is down to 8 atm. If anything JLS seem to be doing better than OD, The Wanted and Cher - all pop acts who have released recently - all younger in years than JLS, all of them missed out on Number 1 single and TW and Cher were nowhere near challenging the top spot last week on the albums front. In general UK Pop doesn't seem to be doing well for the past month or so. I'm not saying they're doing spectacularly, but I dont think they're doing anywhere near as bad as you seem to be making it out to be; both her and on the MF Edited November 18, 201113 yr by ElectroBoy
November 18, 201113 yr Just heard the new single. Their worst by a mile. Frustratingly I like these guys as people but their music reminds me of a production line with minimal effort going into the finished package.
November 19, 201113 yr Can't believe they've sampled this christmas song "Do You Hear What I Hear". http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c9RFG6cH0YA Edited November 19, 201113 yr by suggy
November 19, 201113 yr Based on the CIN performance 'Do You Feel What I Feel?' is potentially my favourite JLS single to date - I was a little worried by what gooddelta said about there being no OS/EWS moment on this album but personally I haven't been disappointed at all! I do hope this album can hold onto #1 although I'm fully expecting a 'shock' #1 from Bublé.

I do hope this album can hold onto #1 although I'm fully expecting a 'shock' #1 from Bublé. It's alright but I do find the use of sample a bit jarring. Releasing a single in Jan/Feb heavily based around the Xmas song Do You Hear What I Hear is a bit of a strange tactic! The album's grown on me a bit, it's maybe only a little below the quality of the last two, neither of which I loved either, but I stand by my opinion that there's no single 'wow, great song' moment on it for me.
November 20, 201113 yr Listening to this album right now, much better than their last poor effort :( (Outta This World) Their debut was mega impressive! :yahoo: but their second was very disappointing. This has some good stuff on - Take A Chance is one of their best songs ever. Their 3rd single, is very blah though.
November 21, 201113 yr Well JLS are outselling The Wanted and will probably sell more than 1D, that's good enough in my book. Considering they fill arenas and have big selling merchandise as well you gotta say they're doing well. I just wish most of the singles weren't rubbish. Mash ups of cheesy songs like The Club is alive and the song from Gremlins in the new one, I mean come on! 3rd single should be 3D instead. Love you more, Beat again and a few others were good songs though, they need to release more of those and not take their fanbase for granted.
November 23, 201113 yr I Love JLS after seeing them live there amazing but i have to say this is there weakest album.. there next single choice is a joke "its JLS" well we know who you are  haha they should slow down writing albums there rushing them just need to work longer as they dont even seem meanable and im a huge fan!

EXACTLY! They are rushing out albums to churn out sales and number 1s but are not putting any thought into the quality of their music. They really need to stop writing on the album cos their writing is horrendously poor Their sales are declining as well, so it looks like they have 1 or 2 more weeks in the top 10
