It looks so bad that it could actually be good. It looks very campy but I'd genuinely watch that and probably enjoy it. Did it get scrapped, or is it still going to air?

They are showing it to other networks although it's highly unlikely any will go for it.

I just watched the pilot of Wonder Woman and I actually really enjoyed it. I don't understand what on earth was going on with Elizabeth Hurley's accent, but apart from that, I thought it was great. I really hope it gets picked up.

And as far as I know it isn't being passed around to another networks. I'm willing to be proved wrong but I haven't read that anywhere and the response online has been almost universally negative so I highly doubt anybody would think twice about taking it on.

 

I watched half of the pilot and switched off. It wasn't even that it was outright bad, just exceptionally boring. All of the legal type talk was so ill fitting for a show like this, Adrianne Palicki is not even slightly convincing as a superhero/business tycoon and the action stuff was cringeworthy. Also - "I NEVER SAID TO MERCHANDISE MY TITS!".

That's a bit gutting. I think Adrianne Palicki is absolutely stunning and did a great job as the character, I don't think I got bored once during the entire episode. I really hope someone picks it up. :(

They're reshooting parts of the Up All Night pilot episode to give Maya Rudolph a bigger role. She'll be a 'larger-than-life daytime talk show host' now apparently. I'm really looking forward to it... I wasn't sure but most of the reviews have called it quite intelligent and apparently Will Arnett isn't playing the same character he usually does so it could be good stuff.

 

Really cannot wait for Season 3 of TVD and Season 1 of The Secret Circle, 44 days til both begin!

90210 & Gossip Girl have had two extra episodes ordered (bringing the total to 24), with Supernatural and Nikita getting an extra one each (to make 23), in order to have slightly less repeats. TVD is unable to go above 22 due to an 'extensive post-production process'.

Oooh interesting! I'm already optimistic about the new CW head. I mean a couple of extra episodes here and there isn't the second coming but the huge amounts of repeats they put in definitely batters their ratings a lot. Between this and 'Ringer' and 'The Secret Circle' they could do quite well this year. If only now they'd pull out one of their failed pilots for a mid season order and not some second rate reality crap to bridge the gap between ANTM.

FOX have made 'New Girl' available for free download from iTunes (US) so the pilot is now available to watch online already. I think the idea is that even though they'll lose some viewers as those who've already watched might not watch live when it premieres, they'll gain some viewers through good word of mouth because those that watch will recommend it to people.

 

I think I was a bit disappointed, maybe because the funny bits had all been shown in promos already, and because of my expectations and with it being a comedy they're trying to set it all up in just over 20 minutes, so it should improve (& of course Zooey is adoreable).

 

edit: ABC have made the Revenge pilot available early to kindle users and that too can also be found online now. Will give that a go later.
