Team Brody. He's sexxxay. But I'm at the beginning of the season as I'm waiting for it to be renewed and then watch the rest of the episodes. So I might not know some crucial info :o

Good stuff. I too am Team Brody but only coz I don't like Danny and I prefer Abby and Brody.

The rest of the season is epic. I caught the pilot as it premièred when I was in Florida and I've only just got round to watching it last night  was worth the wait though.

Is anyone else watching Hell On Wheels? It's really rather good, much better than I was expecting. I only really watched it because it has Colm Meaney, Chris Hereydahl and Ian Tracey who've all been in shows I love, but it's definitely got me hooked now. I think the biggest surprise of all is that Colm can ACT, his time on TNG/DS9 seemed to suggest otherwise.

I'm currently massively IN LOVE with Hawaii 5-0 (remake). It's absolutely GLORIOUS.

I now want to move to Hawaii.

So erm NOT HAPPY about THIS AT ALL!!...

Fox is cutting short Bones‘ already-abbreviated fall run.

The network has decided to move the show’s Dec. 15 midseason finale to Jan. 12, where it will lead into the premiere of new spinoff, The Finder.

While the scheduling move is sure to rankle fans already feeling cheated by the lack of Bones this season, from Fox’s perspective, it’s a bit of a no-brainer. A Bones lead-in all but guarantees The Finder will get a decent sampling its first week out.

After its special mid-January broadcast, Bones will head back to hiatusland until spring.

Reaction? I’m guessing it’ll fall somewhere between boo and hiss.

I thought they were just going to air the Bones 'Finder' intro ep, now they've removed the midseason finale from December to January to air one single episode of Bones only to then disappear again :(

Wonder what Sky will do here for that? Can't see them sticking one episode on in January and then airing the rest in the spring, no doubt they'll just tack the 'finale' to the start of the Spring run.

I know this probably won't premiere till 2012 but I thought it was worth noting:

J.J. Abrams is headed to the CW. In his first stint at the 5-year-old network, the top writer-producer-director has teamed up with Mark Schwahn, creator/executive producer/showrunner of the CW’s long-running drama One Tree Hill. The power pair has sold a hotel drama to the CW, which will instantly become one of the the network’s highest-profile projects this development season

Actually quite excited for this. Mark Schwahn is brilliant and I've never managed to get into a J.J. Abrams series but I've heard nothing but good things

J.J. Abrams doing a HOTEL drama sounds totally random. I can only imagine there'll be some sort of sci-fi/fantasy/mystery twist in there.

There's a Bones topic here: http://www.buzzjack.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=100138 that I have almost single handedly dragged to 15pages :kink:

I'm raging at this. I fail to see the point of ruining the mid-season finale, and the Finder back-door pilot was a GENIUS scheduling move I thought. They obviously want a lead in of 2.5-3 to give The Finder a bit of an audience so the Bones fans will have something to watch post AI.

It's going to be HILARIOUS to see JJ work on a CW budget. Will make the ALIAS Green Screens look UHMAZING.
It won't be any worse than the CGI on Once Upon A Time, truly setting a new low, even in a year when RINGER is on the air.
J.J. Abrams seems to always have some buzz online and could potentially be good for the CW but has he delivered with ratings recently really? Fringe doesn't do great and Person of Interest is fine but lower than expectations. But right now the words HOTEL DRAMA sound odd. Especially for him.
Fringe and PoI might not be so hot ratings wise, but both are brilliant shows (Fringe not so much in S4, but S2-3 is among the best TV I have ever watched).

More details:

Our WB-loving hearts just soared.

J.J. Abrams and Mark Schwahn, creator of "One Tree Hill," are joining forces for a pilot at The CW. Titled "Maine" (for now), the show will revolve around the staff and guests at an inn in Maine.

Schwahn would write and executive produce the series, with Abrams and Bryan Burk also serving as EPs.

Deadline compares the series to Schwahn's "One Tree Hill" and Abrams' "Felicity," so basically, we are so happy we might cry. After a nine-year run of "OTH," it's no surprise that The CW would want to stay in business with Schwahn, and "Felicity" was one of The WB's most critically acclaimed series.

We're already assembling our dream cast. It begins and ends with Scott Foley.

GOOD. New episode tonight, it feels like it's been forever since the last one.
Hahaha. The J.J.Abrams name is always very confusing. Even though his name was on the Undercovers, Fringe, Person of Interest - bar the pilot he actually has very little involvement in the show. His name is only there to drive up hype (and it works generally all the time).
I can honestly see The CW getting rid of loads of their shows next year. It seems it's their last chance to try and turn things around before being sent to the firey abyss of hell. They have some wicked adolescent novels in the making that are much darker and grittier than TVD/SC combination as well as a lot of other interesting ideas. I really hope it pays off for them because even though most of what they air is shit, they have delivered some of my favourite shows in VD/Supernatural that would've had no chance on the other nets.

I don't think I've seen it mentioned - has anyone else been watching Enlightened? (HBO, started this week on Sky Atlantic) Amy is infuriating sometimes!

Don't get too attached to it, the ratings are abysmal! I like Laura Dern but I watched the trailer and thought it looked unbearable and the reviews have been mixed too so I decided not to bother.

Well the series is only ten episodes, and almost done with. I'm not that into it, even if it is sort of fascinating. And hey, if it doesn't come back that leaves Laura Dern free to make more nightmare faces with David Lynch which is all I want from her anyway.
