I would love to be inside her head right now (especially after watching Beyonce "slay") because she really doesn't seem to give a f*** anymore, she clearly has no sense of competition and is quite happy giving up "her throne" to GaGa/Rihanna/Beyonce/Katy etc. PREACH

She hasn't done an award show performance in the US in nearly 4 years so I'm just grateful she appeared and actually gave it a go - you act as if she did nothing. Open your eyes; she may be 'into it' as people claim but she certainly didn't just stand there cold stone. It was nice to see her smile and enjoy herself towards the end with Rihanna. With regards to her 'wanting to leave the stag afterward' she may have been ensuring Rihanna receive full credit for the performance since Britney was just a guest. I'm just saying that she shouldn't have bothered to appear on stage at all as she literally contributed nothing to both performances.
May 24, 201114 yr I am a lover of Britney but I agree with three triangles and Joshy here. It's always exciting to see her on stage (probably because she never bothers to promote anymore), but she walks around like she doesn't give a crap and mimes when the people she's performing with are dancing more and coping well live. It surprises me that the S&M performance is getting ANY praise at all, since that one looks utterly lazy and is only "good" in comparison to the pathetic TTWE effort.

Sure, she may not have been on stage long or did some big dance number but it made the performances that much more enjoyable... at least for me. I could've cared less for those performances if Britney wasn't on stage. Heck, these performances wouldn't even have been talked about afterward if it wasn't for Brit! And on a side note, she looked really hot!

The S&M performance was ALRIGHT at best... slay? lmfao no, you want to see Britney SLAY a performance go watch her performances from 'In The Zone' era. And then to lip sync that CHORUS with Nicki. Embarrasing to watch. She looked hot and happy at least... But her music is still better then anyone else in the pop game so here I stay.

May 25, 201114 yr I agree with everything Tyler said. The performances were mediocre at best, but still, Britney's songs are miles better than Gaga's, Beyoncé's or whatever other popstar outhere at the moment. The only one coming near her pop-wise is Rihanna.
