Could you elaborate?

I agree though, she's had some great tunes. Especially with the Pussycat Dolls and her collabs. Right There is brilliant too.

And I found this mash-up of I'm Into You and Right There!!!!! GLORIOUS!!!! I love this type of music.

She's an attention wh*re, I tried to make it less harsh but I guess it didn't work :P

Do you have like any specific examples or anything? I don't really know her very well tbh.

Do you mean like how she was back with the Pussycat Dolls? Because I think it was probably Interscope's decision to make her the focus of absolutely everything, rather than her own. Although the controversy after Hush Hush Hush Hush (they (may aswell say "she") should've called that hush 4x a la Chris Brown imo) ended all that, clearly.

^Didn't like the way she treated the PCD. PLUS she focused on herself during music video shoots and controlled the amount of time each member had to make sure she's the main attention.

Sorry, but I think this is RIDICULOUS! I don't think that was really her fault, probably the management's... Seeing as only Melody was a decent singer besides Nicole (Kim is OK on her solo stuff), I don't blame them. Is there any evidence she acts like that?

Still, I know a lot of girl groups around the globe and none is like PCD, it might as well be called Nicole Scherzinger & Backup Dancers/Singers...

I agree, but I very much doubt Nicole made it so.

I hate Nicole!

Stealing the limelight...that's why the second album Nicole Domination....sorry I mean Doll Domination flopped!

Remember When I Grow Up had the other girls singing "ha ha ha" ONLY!!

Jai Ho they came out with mics during every performance but NEVER used them!

Hence Melody's outburst on tour!!!

Everyone had an outburst on the tour, tbh obviously there's something wrong with Nicole if NONE of the girls liked her. Her special treatment is annoying also.

How can you call a group a group when one member gets everything and the rest gets nothing?

Are you sure? I'm not saying it's not true, but do you have like any sources for it? I always assumed it was like the bosses, producers, directors, etc. giving Nicole all the lines to sing and all the screen-time, etc.

It is shocking the extent it got to though. Like even in their earlier songs like Beep for example, Nicole has most of the lines, but the others get to sing a little bit. But by their 2009 songs, like Jai Ho, Nicole practically does the whole thing. And even gets credited twice on the songs.

The Right There video reminded me of the Jai Ho video actually.

That was basically how it was by the end! Their last few songs got credited as "The Pussycat Dolls ft. Nicole Scherzinger".

It might've not been Nicole's actual fault though. Perhaps she was the best at singing so they wanted her to do most of it.

Price Tag  #41, well in to top 40 by tomorrow!

Make You Feel My Love  #24 definitely top 40 officially again on Sunday!

I wonder what other songs BGT are going to give exposure during the course of the week..

What A Feeling #8 :w00t:

Nicole got all the solos as she was fabulous, end of story. I hate the way people blame her for being the best, and it was (as has been reported many times) the managements choice of who was to take the lead. Also Nicole comes across as a lovely person on interviews and anything I have seen her on, so can people just get over the whole PCD thing.

To be fair, that's happened a lot in groups. Beyoncé was pushed to the front of Destiny's Child and Diana Ross was pushed to the front of the Supremes, for example. I think it was more the managements fault, than Nicole's. Plus, I'm not in the habit of judging a person on something I don't really know anything about. So I personally think calling her an "attention seeking whore" is kind of very harsh.

A funny thing at work a few days ago was when they were discussing Cheryl getting fired, one guy said "Yeah, she's getting replaced by Nicole Scherzinger", and then this other guy went "Isn't she a stripper?".

And he was being serious. Made me laugh though.

And Fergie in the Black Eyed Peas. Although I think it's a bit different in that case, since Fergie is the only one in the group who could deliver a good hook (unless they're ever looking for another hook like the one they had in My Humps :drama:).

Yes but Beyonce, even if she was pushed the lead of Destinys Child (partly because her father was their manager..), didn't have full control of this and that. Nicole has everything.

And no offense but I think Melody has better vocals than Nicole. When she holds her notes long, they just turn to shrieks for me

But everything was focused on her. "Say My Name" was essentially Beyoncé and the backing singers. It happens a lot and it's mostly to do with management. Nicole was the best singer out of all the Dolls, even if the songs didn't showcase her voice particularly well, which is why she was pushed to the front. Another example is Nadine Coyle who was pushed to the front in Girls Aloud because she had the best voice. Nicole seems like a genuinely nice woman, it's a bit harsh to call her names like that.

Price Tag is up to #27 when combined.

Add on its other 3 versions in the Top 1,000 and it's probably Top 25! :yahoo:

Really want it to make 1M by the end of the year.

Well I guess it was too harsh, but no-one here has even considered she wanted the lead and all the attention. Everyone just assumed it's all her management fault and Nicole gets 0 blame. No-one apart from the management and the girls knew how it was. To me she's horrible but I guess it's just my opinion.

Price Tag is going up again very quick :o

Thats great. I am not sure if it can do it, I think it may if they milk it to death on X Factor this year, which I have a feeling they might. I will be pleased to see the extra sales if that happens but I couldn't bear it to become one of these songs that are assosiated with X Factor and similar shows. 'Hurt' by Christina Aguilera is possibly one of my all time favourite songs and now I can't listen to it without thinking of X Factor, its still outstanding but it just isn't the same as it used to be for me.

If you do not see her in interviews you have no reason to comment on what you think she's like. She's far from horrible. Any interview I see from her i'm impressed by how nice she is.
