August 28, 201113 yr Olly sold 109K at #1 this week. And it's safe to say that considering how suprising and unpredictable the charts have been this year, nothing is for certain next week. (except I still think Pixie will get #1)
August 28, 201113 yr Author Airplay: #57 (According to ukairplaychart.com) TV Airplay: #8 (Official) :yahoo:
August 28, 201113 yr Olly sold 109k? :o WOW! Damn, The Sats don't stand a chance next week tbh lol. I feel like there hasn't really been a buzz for All Fired Up although it's got decent tv play there hasn't been much promo for it.
August 28, 201113 yr Still dropping in Airplay, I think they have some promotion this week, not really alot of promotion compared to Missing You & Higher etc... I hope they go on a radio tour this week and next, they need it. I think AFU will get top 5 in Video Airplay which would be fantastic!
August 28, 201113 yr Airplay will rocket up if this does well. Radio stations usually do that, they all "jump" on a track once it becomes popular.
August 28, 201113 yr I can't believe that there is only one week until this is released  I think it's still rising now on radio but if you compare it to Pixie then something obviously has gone wrong. It looks like they are going into Radio One tomorrow morning though so it looks like they've realised they need to do something. But I'm positive about the release and hope they can get into the top 3.

According to ukairplaychart.com it's climbed 9-10 places this week from last weeks apparent #66. It's not official but it's something to go by at least. I mean it has All Fired Up at #10 on their TV Airplay chart yet it's #8 this week anyway.
August 28, 201113 yr Someone asked me how the new Saturdays' song goes the other day. Saying "All Fired Up I feel alive" several times didn't really help to sell the song... I told them to youtube it to hear it in its amazingness though Edited August 28, 201113 yr by Martyn
August 29, 201113 yr I like their new song, its instantly more catchy than the last although "notorious" did grow on me in the end. i really hope they release the CD singles through amazon and HMV websites this week.
August 30, 201113 yr Uk Radio Airplay 19. Pixie Lott - All About Tonight. 47. The Saturdays - All Fired Up :cheer: 67. Leona Lewis - Collide (She is promoting on Saturday at the new Red & Black game, no doubt will have around 10m+ viewers) Uk Tv Airplay 12. The Saturdays - All Fired Up 28. Pixie Lott - All About Tonight 77. Leona Lewis - Collide * This is not 100% accurate, It helps give an impression on where they will end up come sunday *
August 30, 201113 yr Predictions for next week 1 (NE) Pixie Lott 2 (NE) Leona/Aviici 3 (1) Example 4 (2) Olly Murs 5 (NE) The Saturdays I don't see The Saturdays being higher then 5 tbh. It may supprise me, but I just think there is too much competion atm.
August 30, 201113 yr I can see it being.. 1. Pixie Lott -- because it has had an immense amount of support on radio and tv, and looks like a dead cert. 2. Example -- because I think it will be 1 this week and I can't see it dropping massively. 3. The Saturdays -- because alot of people LOVE the song, it's great for parties, and has been played in clubs quite a bit, it has also had good TV support and Radio support should pick up soon. 4. Leona Lewis -- because, although she has a big fanbase it hasn't had great airplay on TV/Radio and is only starting to pick up now, which is worrying, also it hasn't been shown a massive amount of love and the controversy with Aviici hasn't helped. 5. Olly Murs -- because it will be in it's third week by this time, although I can't see it dropping massively.
August 30, 201113 yr Do people really think this is going to do any better than Notorious? Maybe I'm underestimating their fanbase but this SCREAMS Top 20 to me.
August 30, 201113 yr I think it was hard to tell how popular Notorious was because it was released with a completely different strategy, who knows if it wasn't A/OS it might have cleared 200k+ But I have heard alot more people speaking about this song and quoting it on FB, more than Notorious anyway, not a great indication but it helps. :)
August 30, 201113 yr I hope it does well because I like them and it's pretty good even if it is really unoriginal/generic - I just don't see it as a big hit.
August 30, 201113 yr Me too, I think they would be pleased if it manages to pass 50k+ on the first week.
August 30, 201113 yr In all honesty and this might be rash but, I dont see the Sats ever having a BIG hit. I think it's too late now since people already kinda know them theyre nothing fresh. Although, I think if they could pull a massive collab then they could possibly have a 400k - 500k selling single but on their own i've lost all faith in their marketing strategy and song choices.
August 30, 201113 yr I think it'll go: 1. Pixie Lott - All About Tonight 2. Leona Lewis/Avicii - Collide 3. Example - Stay Awake 4. Saturdays - All Fired Up 5. Olly Murs - Heart Skips A Beat Leona's performing on Red Or Black, which will have a LOT of viewers, so I wouldn't be surprised if she nabbed the #1 tbh!
August 30, 201113 yr They're performing on This Morning tomorrow. Leona is performing on Black & Red on Saturday !
