She's quite frankly been put to shame by Janelle Monae last night - why she isn't huge I will never understand! Excessive use of backing tracks, too much waffling over tracks, no where near enough focus on live instruments.... Awful.

I have to say Janelle was OUTSTANDING. I am not sure if she was better than Beyonce, I think she has been amazing so far, but Janelle was probably my other Glastonbury highlight along with Jessie.

 

Talking of Janelle, her album is actually at #6 after her set last night on iTunes album charts. Will most certainly outpeak its peak of #52 and hopefully go at least top 20 next week. Glad to see her getting some recognisition.

Beyonce will take over iTunes when she comes off..4 had already leaped from #16 - #9 in Albums and she hasn't even finished her set yet.

Something completely different to you obviously. It's not so much talking, but just random, why do popstars always have to go YEAH and SING ALONG. Why can't you sing your own bloody chorus?! It's what people pay to see. She's been better on the slower songs but that's because there's less else for her to do. I was quite looking forward to watching this, but I'm hugely disappointed in it! Reaction has been very mixed so far.

I think she's trying to appeal to the festival atmosphere but it's not really working...

 

Her vocals are amazing on the slower songs though.

You should go on a more neutral website like Twitter.... And another site I post on is pretty much all negative, but then it's all older posters on there.

At least she's an artist who can do both slow and upbeat songs equally as good. She's so versatile, and amazing at both. So talented. All over twitter and facebook is positive from what i'm seeing. She's a worldwide mega-star, a legend of our generation.
