You never know if Aloe goes #10 then Example falls to #12 with Adele back at #11 Aloe will be out top 10 quite quickly i'd say as the boost wont effect him much (but maybe as #10-#6 is very close) but what i'm saying is it may make it easier for Adele to go top 10 once Aloe falls back out? :lol: Never know. I think its safe to say Superbass will never go top 10 :o

And I'm shocked people don't find it epic tbh! :o It's probably more epic that most of the current top 100 on iTunes if you ask me!

I guess you've never heard of LMFAO then :lol: In a non-loon mode, the most epic would be either "On The Floor" , "Beautiful People" or even "Sweat". And don't forget the old songs in the T100, "Fix You" , "Bring Me To Life" and "Many Of Horror" are all 'epic' too. This is mostly down to opinion however ;)

So, I was wrong, there's quite a lot actually. :lol: But compared to those, I'd say Till the World Ends is more epic than Fix You, How We Roll, Notorious and Boom.

 

So basically, I think Beautiful People, Firework, Hitz and Sweat are more epic than Till the World Ends, but still, it's done quite well. :lol:

Yeah, I do find a lot of songs epic. I don't know why really. I don't know how to describe it, but an epic song to me is one that sounds "huge", like really dramatic, an anthem. Like you just want to put your hands in the air. The sort of song that makes you feel like you're in a movie when you listen to it. So all those songs are epic to me. Maybe I just connect with music a bit too much. :lol:

TTWE is far from epic imo but it was top 10 worthy surely! And IWG missing the top 100 officially is just madness. Surely Britney's name alone is enough to propel it top 50 :blink:

None of Britney's material is top 10 worthy this time round, very 'trashy' music i'd say.

I'm not surprised at the lack of support in the UK at the moment, her fanbase seems to be non-existant here.

It just sickens me that such a brilliant song like Till the World Ends can't go top 20, yet utter tripe like The Lazy Song gets to #1. All because of 11 year-old girls who fancy Bruno Mars and find monkeys putting their hands in their underwear to be the most hilarious thing in the world. :puke: Oh yeah, and let's not forget, since the song is so completely and utterly BORING, Heart FM jump on it and play it again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again.

 

The song absolutely sucks. Yet such epic anthems like Till the World Ends can't even go top 20, and don't get played on the radio at all. Such an embarrassment for our country tbh. We starting to become a bit of a laughing stock now.

Yes, I agree. If Heart FM played Till the Worlds Ends as much as they play The Lazy Song, then it would've been huge (technically it should've been a #1, since it's much better than The Lazy Song, but I think 11 year-old girls are too young to like Britney Spears).

i think till the world ends had the potiental to be top 5 easily

but lack of promo/radio play ruined it :(

In a country where it did get radio airplay, it peaked at #3 and spent 9 weeks in the top 10.

 

For comparison, Sweat peaked at #4, and spent 9 weeks in the top 10, and is now the 11th best-selling song fo the year so far. Till the World Ends really could've been huge. Infact, even with its dreadful peak, it's sold almost as much in the UK as Hold It Against Me, which got top 10!.

I agree, it is a pretty 'lazy' song. There isnt much to it, but that is one of its strengths I think. If its on radio now or TV i do change the channel because i'm pretty bored of it now too.

Her album has gone #1 in the US, as did Hold It Against Me, and then Till the Worlds Ends got to #3, but was even bigger, and I Wanna Go is looking to be a 3rd top 10 hit for her now.

 

The problem isn't the songs. It's our close-minded country that's the problem.

Yes i'm not talking about US. She's doing well in US because 1. Her crazy fanbase over there which will buy ANYTHING she releases. 2. They give her a lot of support as she is one of the biggest American artists.

Sorry eric but thats ridiculous, so many people are doing exactly what Britney is doing now in music - auto-tune/club music with little depth or meaning, people are just BORED. Also there are people out there doing it BETTER then Britney. The UK Have basically just moved on..
