Seriously good album. Love most of the songs, although I'm not too fussed on Cockiness or Birthday Cake.

 

The deluxe tracks have leaked too now. Fool in Love is amazing!

Red Lipstick is GOOD. The other two are fucking boring.

Overall, I am liking the album, but not loving it like I did with 'Rated R' and 'Loud'. 'Roc Me Out' has to be a single, its like a mix between Rude Boy & Hard (a.k.a Rihanna at her best) and I think 'Where Have You Been' and 'Farewell' could make good singles too, and I suppose 'Talk That Talk' would do well due to Jay being involved and its great instrumental, but I can't help think the chorus is a let down.

Also. Amazon previously listed the deluxe cd with a hardback book... that's the one I've pre-ordered, it still says that in my order history... but it no longer shows up on the search and when I click on it, it just says Deluxe CD. Does the book exist?

I really don't like the new album. I won't be buying it.

First impressions of this album is that it's more consistent than Loud. That isn't really a good thing though. Loud had 5 songs that were between 7/10 and 10/10, and the rest were terrible. All the TTT songs are just kind of middling at the moment... Cockiness and Drunk On Love are the only songs that have stuck out. I think this album will spawn hits because of Rihanna's status but I think none of them will be remembered long, falling into that same bucket as Hate That I Love You and Shut Up & Drive.

 

I need some new Rihanna that will make me go mental in a club like What's My Name does. Nothing on this album is doing it.

 

Take Care is better than anything on this album.

I think i can hear Ester Dean in The Chorus in We All Want Love

I only really like about 5 songs on this album, which include we found love, where have you been, we all want love, farewell and drunk on love.

Can't get enough of 'Where Have You Been' right now :wub:

It's by FAR the greatest thing on the album. The somewhere in the CROWD moment is absolutely epic.
