Um, because it's a really, really good song, their biggest hit, and they're always fantastic when they perform it? I thought that was quite obvious.

But artist perform their new songs on X Factor, not songs that have been released years ago, they only give out promo slots for people who need it, and Number 1 doesn't need it. Also, I find it strange when people call N1 N-Dubz biggest hit, as it was hardly their own song anyway, only Dappy did any vocals on it and Tinchy did far more vocals than him.

3 Hours Later :)

01. One Direction - What Makes You Beautiful. 100%

02. Maroon 5 - Moves Like Jagger 42.7% 1.1%

03. Pixie Lott - All About Tonight 34.0% 0.9%

04. The Saturdays - All Fired Up 21.6% :left:

05. Olly Murs - Heart Skips A Beat 18.8% 1.3%

08. Leona Lewis - Collide 16.6% :left:

Combined Leona is #10 and Coldplay look certain to go top 10 tonight on iTunes, Sean Kingston is 0.1% behind Leona meaning Leona should be #10 on iTunes soon.

Old songs are performed sometimes though. Like wasn't Livin' On a Prayer performed last year or something?

And all of N-Dubz sing it when they perform live. They add in extra bits and stuff. And there's also an N-Dubz solo version of Number 1, where Tulisa sings a verse, and Fazer raps the bridge, so they would perform that.

You all clearly just don't want to see Number 1 back in the top 100. :kink:

That's because Number 1 is a terrible song!

I love Number One version what has Tulsia in it. Away to put it on now :)

I don't hate it, I quite like it, but it would be a waste of an X Factor performance and promo slot. I far prefered Never Leave You from Tinchy

Ed Sheeran update (T200)

013. You Need Me, I Don't Need You (S)

020. The A Team (S)

054. Gold Rush

057. Autumn Leaves

066. Drunk

077. Lego House

082. Sunburn

084. You Need Me, I Don't Need You

086. Little Bird

103. The A Team

125. Wake Me Up

128. Give Me Love

130. U.N.I.

194. This

197. The City

^ Great to see him doing so well - although surprisingly 'Lego House' - the third single is only the third most downloaded track currently. 'Little Bird' and 'The City' which he performs live frequently are also quite far down.

Anyone recommend the album?

Never Leave You was about 7th for me, he was my favourite artist for his releases that year :)

Shame he hasn't reproduced anything of similar quality to his catch 22 era

I might be wrong, but I think Little Bird has been available to download before the album, and has been charting in the top 200, which might explain why it's not quite high as expected. It looks like a couple of those songs could chart top 100 officially. Drunk, Lego House, Sunburn and Little Bird all look like they could go top 100 too, but they probably won't, due to missing Sunday sales. :drama:

I agree. It's by far his best album (out of the ones I've heard). He hasn't really have any standout anthems after that. Although I do love Game Over a LOT. It was a pleasent surprise to have a song like that get into the charts. When I hear songs like that, I usually just come to terms with the fact that it'll never get popular, but I guess all the big names on the track did it good. :D

Hmm, thought Noel was falling already but he's only dropped because of Coldplay. Unpopular opinion: so far, I prefer "Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall" to "Paradise". In the same way I've always preferred "Grounds For Divorce" to "One Day Like This" :D

Clearly those millions of people who love it haven't had to endure my sister playing it 20 times a day for six months!

Leona back at #7, pop bars must be really close in that area.

my feed still shows her at #9, but those positions have been changing around alot... ur right, must be v v close... coldplay are still gaining too... hope collide can hang on in the top 10 :-)
