Shame Jason has overtaken James but it was obviously going to happen.

Good to see Damien still holding onto #4. Jason will probably overtake him and maybe James will as well but I think he should stay ahead of Pixie for a good few days.

Keep climbing Nicola, really want another Top 40 single for her!
I hope Dappy doesnt extend a big lead, I would much prefer One Direction to be number one for the second week over No Regrets. I would also like Nicola Roberts to continue climbing so it's at least top 40, even though it should be top 10 and better than the newbies from Derulo and Morrison imo.
I love how the majority of people on here hate Dappy's song, even though lyrically it is actually very good, and is put together well. Yet the majority seriously got hard about The Saturdays tragic attempt of a song 'All Fired Up' which is about as generic as they come and has about 6 words in the entire song.

Dance music is hardly remembered for it's lyric content though is it..

Looks like all the new entries and a re entry are heading top 10 on Tues, with nothing new beween Nos.11 and 40, quite a boring chart yet again.

Well, if Loca People doesn't get deleted, that should chart top 40, but miss the top 10. And the re-entry isn't a re-entry anymore, since it re-entered the top 40 today, so it's a climber. Jennifer Hudson also has a shot of being top 40 on Tuesday, since she's #47 and #175. She'll probably have fallen by then though. That's it though. I can't see anything climbing from outside the top 40 this week.

The A Team being performed on The X Factor, hoping for another re-climb now! :D

edit: snap!

A Team currently #29 & #48 (#14 officially)

back to top 10?

The A Team is probably the only song in the top 20 that's old enough to have been performed at the auditions tbh.

EDIT: Actually no. Also Jar of Hearts, Party All Night, You Need Me, Cheers and Who's Laughing Now. But you know what I mean.

I'm still in shock that 'Body & Soul' is set to drop out of the T40 on its second week. Considering all the demand for Amy Winehouse's supposed third album to be released posthumous, it's poor that the duet (especially with profits going to charity) will only spend one week T40.

026. Snow Patrol 'Called Out in the Dark'

077. Aloe Blacc 'I Need a Dollar'

089. Jessie J 'Who's Laughing Now' (EP version)

107. Florence and the Machine 'What the Water Gave Me'

Don't really get why Florence is dropping so fast. Her chart run is something like (24-29-50-63) at the moment - I'd have thought R1 playlisting her, news of the second album and the music video would've kept it going.

What songs were performed on Xfactor? Or should get a boost?

The A Team was the only one worth noting I think.

 15. The A Team - Ed Sheeran

 30. The A Team - Ed Sheeran

Possible return to the top 10 this week then? (Which means it will match LMFAO/Pitbull after all :D)

Loving Dappy - No regrets. Great beat, lyrics and all around very good song. Hopefully it outsells Wand Erection.
