The (2nd) best show is coming BACK! I've not seen season 4 yet as I'm waiting for the DVD release to catch up, but as soon as I've finished with Season 4 I will be following this online! It seems to get funnier and funnier as each season goes on.

 

LOVE this show. I love E4 for using it as part of their 'Friends' replacement schedule. This is one of the few shows where the quality improves every season. But I was watching one of the early episodes the other day and I found it hard to breathe cos I was laughing so much. I watched the unaired pilot (not as good as the show) and the thought of Sheldon masturbating goes against everything I know.

Jim Parsons wins the Emmy for "Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series" for the 800th time or whatever it is he's on now haha. His performance as Sheldon Cooper is absolutely incredible and it's thoroughly deserved imo. I know a lot of people find him overrated but I am in serious love with everything about this show and him ha.

Only the second time actually :o But he was nominated in 2008 and 2009!

I love this. The season that just finished here (I think it was 4?) was hilarious.

I hope there's lots more of Amy. :)

I quite like this show and watch it, but I really hope it'll end up somehow unexpectedly, with not a Leonard/Penny marriage. :P

 

I might follow it as it happens this time illegally as now I've caught up and saw all the seasons.

Jim Parsons is really incredible in this though. Sheldon is so well played. Even Kaley Cuoco is quite good in this. Especially when you compare her to how she was in 8 Simple Rules or Charmed. Just goes to show what a good script can do.

I thought she wasn't bad in Charmed? Quite generic and quite average but just not bad?

She was alright in Charmed. Rose, Alyssa and Holly totally overshadowed her.

She was the blonde girl from Charmed?! Mindblown. She was atrocious!

The new episodes are so good, the scene in the second episode with Sheldon knocking on Penny's door. I haven't laughed that hard in ages.

oh wow great opening of the 5th season. I LOLed so much, and the 2nd episode is one of their best EVER!

I didn't like the first episode much but the 2nd one was really good. When the knock-knock-Penny scene was on at first I though "not another one" but I couldn't help but like it :D

OH FFS. I haven't seen series 4 yet! Waiting for this week to be over with then I'm gonna catch up online :wub: Looking forward to episode 2!

The first episode was INCREDIBLE. SO many laugh out (very) loud moments. Christine Baranski :wub:

The second episode of the new season is already amongst my favourite Big Bang episodes! It is hilarious. I haven't laughed that hard in AGES. (Especially the "Knock, Knock Penny" incident! :wub: GAH this show just gets better and better! Bernadette is FANTASTIC at mimicking Howard's mother! Both her and Amy are superb additions to the main cast and I honestly believe that they are what has made this show stay so fresh and not grow old so quickly.

The third episode with Leonard and Amy wasn't as funny as I thought it would be. But the dancing made me lol so hard.

I loved the third episode because Amy just makes me laugh out loud and it was quite heavily Amy based. I think we saw more of her than Sheldon!

The second episode when she was singing on the harp isn't really that funny but I had to re-watch her singing it about 5/6 times because she's hilarious.
