i'd imagine AFU will benefit from the albums release, xmas party downloads and the usual end of year downloads so it should come close to 300,000, but im not really seeing a 400,000 hit again :(

I can't believe we're doubting this selling 300,000 when after one week it looked like a certain. Beyond disappointed. Can't wait for Higher to pass 300,000 in a couple of weeks though!
This is excellently done and great reading, im really happy ego is thier best selling single as its by far my fave of theirs.

when do you think we will get an official update on single sales.. i remember we used to get Girls Aloud ones quite regularly.

Music Week always seem so reluctant to provide us with Saturdays totals :( They only gave us first week sales of a couple of previous singles for the All Fired Up report... stuff we already know, ugh, lol.

By the way, Notorious is at #195 this week.

^ I disagree, The Sats are often in the Totals section, but once they're out of the top 40 they don't sell much so theres no need to keep updating. When they release the new album we'll probably get a total for Headlines! But unless their singles re-enter the top 40 we are very unlikely to get an update, but thats the same with everyone.

When are a music channel just going to do a Saturdays top 10 selling singles  I would just love that.

I mean sales of their older singles, not while they're current. Music Week sometimes provide old singles sales, for instance two Maroon 5 singles from 2004.

"but once they're out of the top 40 they don't sell much so theres no need to keep updating."... singles can sells thousands and thousands while lower than #40, heck, when they're lower than #200 even. ;)

I imagine they would sell about 50,000 outside the top 40 over quite a long amount of time. I don't really think that would need to be reported in Music Week as big sellers that make the year end top 200 would be reported anyway and it they cleared big milestones they are likely to be shown too. I do hope one of the music channels do a top 10 single sales though. :)

:)

No exact sales for week 3 and 4 for All Fired Up yet? :(
Coincidentally this thread was made just as sources for their weekly sales dried up! Lol. Estimations from now on, it seems. :(

All Fired Up is 25 on Radio Airplay this week, 20 on TV Airplay and 22 on the Official Chart. :)

For the Notorious entry:

17 - 18/09/11 - #195 - N/A

Its sales in the three weeks of unknown sales were probably about 4,600, so 167,000 is indeed a good estimate for its total sales while charting. There's now been 4 further weeks of sales since it fell out of the Top 200. Would only have needed to sell an average of 500 sales in each week to be up to 169,000, or 750 sales to make it to 170,000.

I think we can safely assume pre-On Your Radar going on sale that the Notorious total will be around 170,000.

After everyone thinking All Fired Up would become there best selling single it's going to struggle to pass 200,000 really bad :(

Notorious re-enters at #197 this week, its 18th week in the Top 200.

All Fired Up fell to #109.

Also the My Heart Takes Over radio chart run is 89-66-51, so far. :)
