Found dead at her home today, possible drugs overdose.

 

This was her one big hit in the UK from early 1987.

Apart from that one hit I don't think I know anything else by her.

 

RIP but for some reason I thought she had died a couple of years ago! I must be getting her mixed up with someone else.

 

I always associate "One Bitten Twice Shy" with snow! The record charted just before Christmas 1986 and then eventually climbed into the top 40 in January 1987 just as the country was hit by a period of very cold and snowy weather - I remember hearing it a lot on the radio during those cold and snowy mornings as I made (or attempted to make) my way in to work.
