February 4, 201213 yr Author The Moniker - OH SHIT. This is also growing on me. The performance was actually not that bad! The strings *.* 7/10
February 4, 201213 yr 01 | Sean Banan - "Sean den förste Banan" // It's just so bloody catchy, wish I didn't like it, but I really do. The sort of novelty that's actually acceptable, but not what I'd want Sweden to send at all. 7.5/10 02 | Abalone Dots - "På väg" // Not my sort of thing at all, a bit too country for me (some of the string bits reminded me of Shakira's Gypsy, not a bad thing at all), but it's not the sort of thing I'd ever find much better than okay. 6/10 03 | The Moniker - "I Want To Be Chris Isaak (This Is Just the Beginning)" - Just like with Sean, against what I want to feel, I quite enjoyed that. It doesn't have the catchy factor that Oh My God! had, but I did quite enjoy it in more of an anthemic way.. 7/10
February 4, 201213 yr Afro-Dite are actually the best so far. That's fun and good to listen to at the same time!
February 4, 201213 yr Catchy but I dunno, a bit dated maybe? Which I guess suits Eurovision fine but not what I'd really want. 1. Sean Banan [9.0/10] 2. Afro-Dite [8.5/10] 3. Abalone Dots [6.5/10] 4. The Moniker [4.5/10]
February 4, 201213 yr Sean Banan - I shamefully love this, it's too damn catchy and cheesetastic to ignore :nocheer: 8.5/10 Abalone Dots - I genuinely love this, a real grower of a melody (based on the 1 minute clip at least) and that was a very pleasant performance 9/10 The Moniker - Sorry, I'm just never going to be on board with The Moniker, he annoys me intensely but at least Oh My God was a well crafted pop song. This is pure $hite and I never want to hear it again. 1/10 Afro-Dite - Instant late 70s-esque disco with a 'slight' schlager touch. I suspect I'll grow into this but I'll never love it. 7/10
February 4, 201213 yr Author Afro-Dite - OUT-FUCKING-STANDING. OH MY GOD. Incredible. Vocals were perfect. SEX. I feel quite naughty talking about 50-year olds using the word SEX. 10/10 1. Afro-Dite 10/10 2. Sean Banan 10/10 3. Abalone Dots 10/10 4. The Moniker 7/10 *.*

Another extremely catchy song, had me dancing in my seat, bit dated, but very good fun. 7/10 Edited February 4, 201213 yr by ROBOT

I suspect I'll grow into this but I'll never love it. 7/10 Dead By April - Sounds like Or from the Israeli NF last year melodically. This would be really good but I HATE the screamo parts, by far my least favourite genre of music, I just don't understand the point of it. Downgrading it therefore from what would have been an 8.5/10 to 7/10
February 4, 201213 yr I'll try and look past the metal parts as the chorus is actually really good. 1. Sean Banan [9.0/10] 2. Dead by April [8.5/10] 3. Afro-Dite [8.5/10] 4. Abalone Dots [6.5/10] 5. The Moniker [4.5/10]
February 4, 201213 yr My Ratings So Far: Sean Banan: 4/10 Abalone Dots: 7/10 The Moniker: 6/10 Afro-Dite: 8.5/10 Dead By April 6.5/10

What JohnKM said, without the shouty bits, it's actually a very good song. 7/10 Edited February 4, 201213 yr by ROBOT
February 4, 201213 yr Sans SHOUTY ROCK BIT this song would actually be alright. Exactly. The rest of it is actually rather good and melodic. I don't think I'd want to hear it again though, because the shouting is painful. Heavy rock is infinitely better without those bits, I don't understand why they do it.
February 4, 201213 yr Author 1. Afro-Dite 10/10 2. Sean Banan 10/10 3. Abalone Dots 10/10 4. Dead By April 7.5/10 5. The Moniker 7/10 DbA - this will do well at Eurovision. I don't think growl was ever sent to ESC. Performance was okay. Studio version > live performance 7.5/10
February 4, 201213 yr I'm not actually bothering to watch (probably will do next semi) but I so agree on Dead By April. It'd be like 7.5/10 without the horrific screaming, rather than 4 at best.
