It's nice to finally get some news on the second single. Britney being on the track should help the album in the US a lot, and it might also help give her career a boost here in the UK. I'm looking forward to seeing Simon's face if they perform this on the X-Factor considering the beef he and Will apparently have going on. :P Also if Britney's on the US X-Factor I'm guessing she won't be able to promote the track on the UK version, I wonder if he'll perform a mix of this song, and Mona Lisa Smile with Nicole to promo the album.(I just really wanna hear that song live :D)

 

I imagine we should be hearing the song soon as he will likely want it released before the album which is currently set for October 15th. Once we know the title we should be able to figure out if the track list that's going around is real or not.

Lord knows lol, general consensus seems to be that it's all been a publicity stunt; but no one knows for sure yet. I agree it would be pretty big, the Britney song might be massive too though; who knows. :P

 

I didn't realize it was Nicole Scherzinger who's featured at first lol, thought she sounded familiar; there was a rumor going around that she's on a few songs on the album. It's looking like that track list was a load of crap after all. =P

I'm a bit scared about the Britney song. We've already been told it's very electro, so that, and the fact that it's Britney + will.i.am means there'll probably be a LOT of autotune. I hope it's not going to be like 5 O'Clock by T-Pain where it's so much that it makes everybody hate the song.

I don't think auto tune necessarily means it won't be a success. For '5 O'Clock', I think T-Pain killed it (ruined it), but for the likes of Chris Brown's 'Don't Wake Me Up' and Nicki Minaj's 'Starships'/'Pound the Alarm', I don't think the auto tune killed it/its sales/success.

I'd say 5 O'Clock was a success anyway, but I mean, it just annoyed me how so many people hated it. Same with OMG by Usher, it was massively successful, but it got so much hate because of the huge amount of autotune in it, and Don't Wake Me Up gets a lot too.

The song is okay. I prefer it to This is Love, but I think T.H.E was the best so far.
