I doubt the results would be any different. It's not as if people have a special day of the week when they do illegal things......

Downloading Singles: Sunday - I like to get singles when they're first out.

Buying Physical Singles: No preference - It depends when I can get to HMV. :P

Downloading Albums: No preference

Buying Physical Albums: Monday

I guess this poll hasn't generated anything like the interest I was hoping for. :(

Download singles mainly on a Sunday but then whenever during the week if I see something that takes my fancy, I don't buy physical singles anymore, download albums generally on a Monday when they're released and likewise with physical albums although I usually pre-order now and get them on the Saturday beforehand.

I only order albums online, usually on a Sunday so that they arrive by Friday.

I think as we are all big chart and music fans, most on this forum would say that they download new music on Sunday, with physical CD's being bought on Monday's. If you want a more accurate answer I suggest you ask on another forum.

Also... The question is about buying music - surely there's something wrong if you're illegally downloading music and still paying for it? :)

 

Oh and to answer the question:

 

Physical albums: mainly Monday for new releases - anything else would be whenever I see it.

 

Download singles & albums and physical singles (on the rare occasion when I buy them) - any time
