Expect it not to be played on daytime music channel TV.

Why did she get a Chris Brown looklike to appear in her music video as her boyfriend?

Really impressed with the video for 'We Found Love' - although it reminds me an awful lot of Calvin Harris' own video for 'Bounce'. I can really see this selling a million in no time - I mean it's almost already at 200k after two weeks - so a few more weeks at number-one will do it the world of good.

Because her boyfriend used to be Chris Brown?

It's weird how the narrator at the beginning of the video sounds like they're from the UK. Will it be another Cheryl Cole case with nobody in the US being able to understand the accent?

Could someone tell me what number Foster The People are at when combined. "Pumped Up Kicks" is currently at number 54 and 57.

Drake up to #69!!! :w00t: :cheer: Wonder if he's managed to work out the square root of it over the past year.

Cheers. I would so love for it to re-enter the Top 40. Hasn't it been no.3 on the Hot 100 for like 2 months?

Ooh, hopefully it can re-enter the top 100 this week :D Hopefully it can be a top 40 hit in the coming weeks but only one of his previous singles did that so probably not. I think 'Make Me Proud' could be a top 40 hit if Radio 1 don't wait 2 months before finally deciding to support it. (Although surely it should be out soon anyway, Lil Wayne/Drake songs always seem to get released here not long after they're released in the USA).

MMP is now #1 on US iTunes :D I think it's Drake's first US iTunes #1 as a lead artist since 'Forever'? 'Headlines' and 'Over' both peaked at #2 IIRC (although I might just be completely making that up about 'Over' :P)

I share the love  I really hope this becomes Drake's first big solo hit, it's amazing. I'm going off to listen to 'Make Me Proud' right now, hopefully that's good too :D

Yes, it's been #3 for 7 weeks I think. Although the #1 and #2 have also been practically the same all that time aswell. I can't believe how slow that chart is! :drama:

Yes I know, I really don't like how they compile that chart but I am happy for FTPs' success.

The top 3s for the last 7 weeks have been:

1 Maroon 5 / 2 LMFAO / 3 Foster The People

1 Adele / 2 Maroon 5 / 3 Foster The People

1 Maroon 5 / 2 Adele / 3 Foster The People

1 Maroon 5 / 2 Adele / 3 Foster The People

1 Adele / 2 Maroon 5 / 3 Foster The People

1 Adele / 2 Maroon 5 / 3 Foster The People

Only four songs in the top 3 over a period of 7 weeks. And the top 3 will most likely all be non-movers AGAIN on the chart announced tonight, which will be an 8th straight week at #3 for FTP. SO BORING. (On the plus side, 2 of the 3 songs in the top 3s of the last six weeks are among the best songs of the year IMO, although Maroon 5 are among the worst).

Me neither. Like Drake's new song and Snoop and Wiz Khalifa's new songs have both been at #1 this week, but Adele will get the #1 because her airplay is so high. Drake/Nicki and Snoop/Wiz will probably debut at #10 or something. :(

Pumped Up Kick's success has been amazing there, I agree. Really shocked tbh. I mean, I was a bit surprised by the song's success here aswell, but that's a whole other level to that! :o

Wow. :drama: They should merge the UK and the US chart and we'd get a nice happy medium really. The purpose of the chart isn't to be interesting I suppose, but still. And I think Party Rock Anthem is on its 21st week in the top 10 now. Or something ridiculous like that.

I love it so much. It's so relaxing to me. I don't know how to describe it, but I can just listen to it and everything goes calm. Listening to Headlines, and a lot of Drake songs in general, makes you feel a bit like you're sedated or something. I could listen to it again and again all day. It's like the new Right There to me.

I think Adele is likely to be higher than Snoop/Wiz/Bruno on Digital Songs anyway since they were only ahead for a few days. May be a different case next week though where it might be down as far as #4 or 5 on the actual sales chart but still be #1 'officially' due to its airplay.

WOW! now that is boring. Basing the chart on sales only is so much better.

To be honest the top 3s on the digital chart haven't been *that* much better over the same 7 week period:

1 Maroon 5 / 2 Foster The People / 3 Gym Class Heroes

1 Adele / 2 Foster The People / 3 Maroon 5

1 Maroon 5 / 2 Adele / 3 Foster The People

1 Maroon 5 / 2 Adele / 3 Foster The People

1 Maroon 5 / 2 Adele / 3 Foster The People

1 Adele / 2 Maroon 5 / 3 B.o.B

1 Adele / 2 Maroon 5 / 3 LMFAO

But at least there's more than four different songs there... instead there's six different songs

It's probably why they had the Black Eyed Peas at #1 for 26 weeks and all that. Only the really big hits can hope of getting anywhere near the top of the chart. So you get a few songs taking up that space for a few months, and everything else just climbs, peaks at #35 and then falls again.

Has the video been sent to UK music channels, yet?
