I thought 'top 40' for Loick's last single and that went all the way to the top 2. MWY has received similar if not greater support so I think it'll go at least top 20, maybe not top 10 though.

JLS and Pixie will definitely be top 10 and Tinchy more than likely will as well, Maverick I think has a decent chance too. Modestep probably not but I threw their name out as a potential since they could be doing a Nero/Wretch 32 where the first 3 singles (2-4 in Nero's case but you get my point) build up the positions.

Eeek, didn't realise how many songs were released - Maroon 5 could be in trouble.

I think with the weekend effect they'll move back ahead of LMFAO, Charlene and Gusher and will be @ #6 on iTunes when all the new entries hit the top 10 - so its gonna need 5 new entries in the top 10 this coming Sunday to push it out.

3 entries by Birdy in the top 100 :D

I'm going to jump onto the 'Video Games' bandwagon again. Such an excellent song, I really hope it continues to stick around for a while as it really does deserve all the success it can get.

Some European countries have had the right idea; namely Netherlands and Flanders (Belguim) where 'Videos Games' has peaked at #3 so would be great to see Lana manage this. Returning to the official UK top 10 is still a bonus nonetheless. :D

I can't believe it didn't make top 10 on iTunes yet :o The physical must have sold really well. I do agree that it's an incredible song.

It was moreso the EP that shot to no. 1 in the Albums/Pre Order chart that really helped sell the track. I remember going onto iTunes when it was released on the Sunday morning and was gutted to see it around #137 or somewhere in that region.

Then I checked the albums and there Lana was at #1. I went from :( to :D in 10 seconds.

The EP is still/back in the top 10 albums on iTunes so I think a good chunk of its sales are still coming from the EP.

The new entries could push it out later in the week after it loses its weekend effect though (or maybe something climbing from outside the top 10 - Lana Del Rey might climb up there and act as more competition for them to stay up there). I think they probably will stay top 10 next week but as there's another bunch of new releases the following week (The Collective/One Direction/The Saturdays/Westlife) I think they'll struggle to hold on for a 14th week top 10. Which means Ed's at least joint record for top 10 weeks would appear to be safe :cheer: Although I bet I've jinxed it now and it will :nocheer:

The song itself is almost as strange as the collaboration tbh.

But what about conservative *hormones*? :P

I know. But, firstly, this is Justin Bieber we're talking about, and secondly, some people have their "values" and whatnot, which take priority over what their hormones tell them to do.

Pixie Lott? (Tinchy Stryder, Modestep, Maverick Sabre and Loick Essien are also potential T10 hits).

I think Pixie Lott and JLS are the only guaranteed top 10 hits. Tinchy Stryder is a possibility aswell, especially since he's using a Calvin Harris beat on the song. Loick Essien, maybe, but I don't think his song is as good as How We Roll, and I've heard it less on the radio personally. Maybe Video Games could get back into the top 10 aswell. Also, Nicole Scherzinger could. I know it was held back, but it's similar to Moves Like Jagger in that the promotion it got before its release wasn't very much, and not for very long either, so it could climb. So Moves Like Jagger could be out the top 10 next week! :o

So is prof def not getting another week at #1?

It's difficult to tell just how close sales are. Professor Green has now overtaken Cher Lloyd as the midweek #1 (see the Sunday Chart Predictions thread).

However, with Rihanna and Labrinth now top 2 I don't know how well they're selling to manage selling enough downloads for either to topple Pro Green. It could possibly be a very close top 3 by the end of the week.

On a seperate note, after 'Swagger Jagger' sold 66k to make #1 I'll be surprised if 'With Ur Love' manages to sell more this week. Not because I dislike the song (it's alright) but because it's rare than an artist sees their second single start off selling faster than their debut.
