All Fired Up probably WAS a proper dance track which was given them to sing over. Like with Beautiful People and Sweat (that's probably why they decided to do their own, seeing the success of those).

They should release some more songs like Issues imo. It had good lyrics, and it had quite an incredible chart run. I can't imagine one of their songs doing that now.

Re AFU: no, it wasn't. It's Xenomania produced, so it was written specifically as a song for pop stars. I don't know how much specifically for them it was written but it surely wasn't a dance track with someone's vocals which happened to be Saturdays'.

I think with 'My Heart Takes Over' release they tried to replicate the 'Issues' success but failed. I don't know what's wrong with them, as for me material for this album is their strongest ever so far. My biggest issue with the Sats is that they are quite faceless. They're normal pretty girls who sing something, and that's it. This type of artists doesn't sell very much (unless it's a boyband when boybands are on trend) and fires off quite quickly. That is their global reason of underperformance for yet another era, I think.

Yeah, I know what you mean. They don't really have much of an "image". I don't really know what they could do though. I guess they'd stand out if they all got pregnant or something.

Yeh, I have heard all of Take Care. It's just when I play this song to people I know their reactions are positive towards it but all of them says that it is a boring track, especially compared to all of the other tracks Rihanna has featured on.

I can't wait until The XX actually produces a song for her. :w00t: (But I don't want that to happen for another 2+ years as I don't want another album for next year tbh)

Yeah, they may aswell properly become producers for her, since she's sampled them...twice! I think Stargate are great producers, and whilst they are probably some of the most varied mainstream producer, still, a lot of their songs sound similar (for example, Talk That Talk sounds like Black and Yellow), so I think Rihanna needs to branch out to other producers a bit more.

I was thinking, on her album, she's got instrumentals from The xx, Alex Da Kid, Chase N Status and Calvin Harris. She seems to love UK producers! Maybe Labrinth and Ishi next.

I hope The Sats can make top 10 with 'My Heart Takes Over', Its 1 of my fav song's from them.

Alex Da Kid, which song? Or are you referring to LTWYL P2?

I wouldn't mind a Labrinth production on her future album, also Shy FX.

Talk That Talk also sounds similar to Till I'm Gone by Tinie Tempah (also produced by Stargate).

Alex Da Kid, which song? Or are you referring to LTWYL P2?

I think 'Farewell' is produced by Alex, is it not?

Flo Rida will overtake 1D at some point this week, CIN or not, 13 million people watched them on XF so that was always going to be their massive boost, CIN will keep it from falling but will wear off by saturday and thats when Flo Rida and WFL will pick up again

01. Rihanna & Calvin Harris - We Found Love 100%

02. One Direction - Gotta Be You 86.5%

03. Flo Rida - Good Feeling 77%

10. Maroon 5 - Moves Like Jagger 42.5%

13. The Saturdays - My Heart Takes Over 31.1%

I don't think they will get top 10, all of their promotion is on Friday!

Yes it does. Infact, when I first heard Talk That Talk, I said it sounded like a mixture of Rude Boy, Till I'm Gone and Black and Yellow. Can't complain though, I like the song. :D

I don't like Farewell as much as Love the Way You Lie, Part II, but I still think it's great. Heart FM would love it.

 29. Lighthouse - Westlife

 32. Take Care (feat. Rihanna) - Drake

 41. This Isn't Everything You Are - Snow Patrol

 55. Fight for You - Jason Derulo

 74. Anticipate - Skream

 82. Iron - Woodkid

 117. Domino - Jessie J [also #127]

367. Call It What You Want - Foster the People

Quite like this song!

464. Ready 2 Go (feat. Kele) - Martin Solveig

Bit of a random re-appearance, was this played on a TV show or something?

Is 'You Da One' out in the UK on sunday?

I think so. If that's the day Rihanna is on X Factor.

Talking about Rihanna, it looks like Take Care could chart top 40 this week! :o

So happy Drake's album is number one on UK iTunes beating Pixie Lott and Jls. However I do hope Pixie beats him overall.

01. Rihanna & Calvin Harris - We Found Love 100%

02. One Direction - Gotta Be You 85.8% 0.7%

03. Flo Rida - Good Feeling 80% 3%

Flo Rida should already overtake One Direction tomorrow! I really doubt One Direction will get number at all this week

10. Maroon 5 - Moves Like Jagger 43.2% 0.7%

13. The Saturdays - My Heart Takes Over 30.7% 0.5%

With no more promotion until friday The Saturdays I think have no chance of getting top 10 on iTunes until then and I think the gap will be too big to overcome as The Saturdays decrease more and more.

I love take care, such a chilled out track. Had it on repeat for ages when it leaked.

1D falling already, like i said Flo Rida will overtake tomorrow, 1D may struggle to make top 2 if they turn out to be very front loaded.

Quick question....When Children in Need Rocks was on a couple of years ago did the duets between artists go on iTunes?

I think so. If that's the day Rihanna is on X Factor.

Thanks Eric, Just that i seen it was out in USA today, So wanted to know when it was out here in the UK! :)

Last Update 1 hour Ago

01. Rihanna & Calvin Harris - We Found Love 100%

02. One Direction - Gotta Be You 85.5% 0.3%

03. Flo Rida - Good Feeling 81.6% 1.6% (I wouldn't be surprised to see this go to number one on iTunes)

Flo Rida should already overtake One Direction tomorrow! I really doubt One Direction will get number at all this week

10. Maroon 5 - Moves Like Jagger 42.9% 0.2%

13. The Saturdays - My Heart Takes Over 30.8% 0.1%

Adding to the Saturdays talk, I think they're starting to get unpopular and next year they'll be replaced by Little Mix from The XF :)
