November 15, 201114 yr That article is painful to read; Bolded every grammatical error or incorrect fact that I saw, dear LORD get them a proof reader, it's like a child wrote it :drama: It does look like it  Edited November 15, 201114 yr by soundseekerz
November 15, 201114 yr There was me thinking prior to this week that both this and One Direction were a lock for the top 2 in either order. SO happy this is flopping, who even dares to cover Massive Attack like this?! Plus with Westlife looking set to flop hard with their farewell single, I have restored faith in the UK music buying public. :D
November 15, 201114 yr It would be very boring if Maroon 5 stayed in the Top 10!! The Saturdays deserves to be in the top 10. Their new song is very sentimental and they sound very nice. What a pity, i can't download their song for supporting them!! They need more attention from the public.
November 15, 201114 yr so looks like Rihanna will get number 1 again - unless OneD can keep a lead until Thursday and then benefit from a CIN boost, which looks unlikely with a gap like that, still good news, certainly not a song that deserves number 1 Fantastic to see Snow Patrol beating JLS though :D never would I have thought that would happen, JLS could well fall to 3 behind Buble on Sunday :o great to see Coldplay climbing in singles and albums too and Goo Goo Dolls back in the top 30 :D By that stage Rihanna will probably be 5-6k ahead. They will never catch up to her on iTunes...especially as by Saturday the weekend effect will be on...and they will never sell the same amount of physicals as they sold yday again, CIN or no CIN.. Most of their fans would have seen X Factor. Tbh, I think that Flo Rida will end up as Rihanna's closest rival, with an outside shot at no.1 if you ask me!!

What a pity, i can't download their song for supporting them!! They need more attention from the public. So pregnancy, rehab and that stench of desperation isn't getting them enough attention? Personally it'd be more boring for me if they got top 10 over an extra week for Maroon 5 because it'd be here this week, halfway down the chart next week. Long runners FTW.
November 15, 201114 yr I have a sneaky feeling Flo Rida will grab top spot by the end of the week, we'll see how hes looking on iTunes but he is closing the gap pretty efficiently
November 15, 201114 yr I have a sneaky feeling Flo Rida will grab top spot by the end of the week, we'll see how hes looking on iTunes but he is closing the gap pretty efficiently He'd need to open up a massive lead but it's possible. He'll get it next week you'd imagine.

Well he would need a really big lead to do so. Only No. 10 in todays midweeks that include 2 days of sale. Might have "lost" to many sales on sunday. Wonder where it'll be tomorrow - should be Top 5, which is probably higher than many of us thougt it cuold go this week.

Yeah it should be top 5 tomorrow and then if sales carry on this strongly he could push rihanna all the way
November 15, 201114 yr To be fair, I would only think Rihanna was about 5k ahead of him MAX atm. Perfectly catchable tbh if he builds even a 15% lead when he gets to no.1 tomorrow...IF HE MAINTAINS IT....as Rihanna will defo start catching come Friday night!
November 16, 201114 yr I think One Direction needed to be alot further ahead sales wise in todays update to hold on, alot of one direction fans would have bought the song.cd the minute it was available so they would have already had their biggest day of sales already plus x factor would have helped, rihanna on the other hand will probably sell more consistantly throughtout the whole week, i hope its a close fought race and i wouldnt mind one direction going number 1 but i dont think it will happen.

Perfectly catchable tbh if he builds even a 15% lead when he gets to no.1 tomorrow...IF HE MAINTAINS IT....as Rihanna will defo start catching come Friday night! well he hasn't caught her yet and it is nearly 3am wed, so that is another day in which she has increased her lead over him. If she was 5k ahead in todays mids, she will be say 7k ahead in tomorrows even if he's top 5 in the mids. while she is ahead on itunes she is only increasing the gap over him.

November 16, 201114 yr For 'sound', read 'look' perhaps? ;) hahahaha, they look very nice too..Surely, they haven't the best voices all over the world but their vocals are not bad. I think that British Girl Groups are the best. Do you remember Pussycatt Dolls? Only Nicole Scherzinger could sing their songs..The rest of them were good only for dancing..
November 16, 201114 yr Update in, 1D and Snow Patrol still #1, give me a min. Thanks Tom. Hopefully Snow Patrol have pulled further ahead. Love your siggy by the way.

November 16, 201114 yr Author Wow the top 4 albums are subject to change surely, all 4 albums are in contention for a #1 album this week, I can't really call it, without sales info. Drake has really taken off in both charts. And HA at the Collective
November 16, 201114 yr Drake up 11 places in a day?! Must have been some missing data on that album then, pre-orders perhaps?
