Emmerdale is brutal right now. WHAT is it with Kate Oates and f***ing affairs?! Nobody cares about Belle shagging the local GP. And I can NOT with Rhona now bunking up with her husband's dead mistresses husband...I mean, there's suspending disbelief and then there's THAT
I'm not sure any of the affairs were/are necessary but Emmerdale has remained to be great viewing these past few months so I can't complain, it's quite safely my 2nd fave soap just behind EastEnders at the moment!

Oh yeah I've really enjoyed it too - but this past month or so...I mean, its gone downhill fast for me. Hopefully it'll pick up once the new producer hops on board.

Was a bit surprised to see actor Kelvin Fletcher who plays Andy Sugden race today in the British Touring Car Championship at Oulton Park, turns out he's there for the season.

It has gone down hill in the last few weeks but i would like to believe it will pick up again very soon. I am not looking forward to Paddy returning either.

after tonight's episode, i am wondering what will happen to the doctor- and belle

think their's more to it- they'll find a way to be together i'm sure

Emmerdale seems to have taken 'notes' out of Corrie's book by revealing everything that happens before it airs. I can see the show really nose-diving. :(

I don't dislike affairs as much as many fans do. That said, an affair storyline is only worth doing if the aftermath has severe consequences. I truly believe EastEnders done this excellently when it was revealed about Max and Stacey, the aftermath had a huge knock on effect for many characters afterwards.

Emmerdale have the same opportunity here. If Chrissie and her Dad work together when they do eventually find out they could have some great storylines from that. I also sense Robert will come back into the Chrissie fold in the reveal as he will cherish bringing Andy down.

My main issue with the storyline is related to Andy and Robert, first it was they both had a thing for Katie and treated her badly at times and now its happening again with Chrissie.

Is there anything worth tuning in for atm? I've gotten back into Corrie now that it's significantly improved this past week so, along side Eastenders, it's hard to be able to keep in touch with all three soaps.

I've not watched in a while but keep semi-up-to-date with the goings on, but are we seriously meant to believe Chrissie would blackmail Rakesh into having sex with her after everything that went on with Lachlan? It's essentially the same thing really.

i think belle dingle might be dead.

you know, if she is.. it will be a real shame. i like her. given everything that's happened though, it's a strong possibility

if you don't want to know what happened in tonight's episode, don't read this.

***spoiler***

so lisa went to identify a body. she didn't want zack to come with her, but he turned up anyway

turns out the body lying on the slab wasn't belle dingle. lisa is still devistated, because she knows another mother has lost her daughter

lisa thinks they won't see her again, but zack convinces her otherwise

good to see paddy back in the village during last night's episode

personally think his efferts to get rona back are all going to fail, but then i said that the body they found was probably belle's and was wrong about that, so.

can never tell with emmerdale

I would have been happier for Paddy to stay away forever, i never enjoy his screen time.
