charity is their best character, she can't die :(

fortunately tomorrow before declan tries to bury her, charity still shows signs of life and tries to flee from him, but it's been made clear that one of them will die.

I think we all know (or can have a good guess) that its going to be

Declan

that dies! Emmerdale is so good at the moment (well this storyline is anyway). Way better than the other soaps.

There could be a huge twist ahead tomorrow. We know Megan and Robbie are heading out to the cottage...

Those scenes tonight were amazing. I actually shrieked when Charity was stabbing the start button in the car and suddenly there was Declan at the window. Amazing.

I've seen a couple of theories that Megan kills Declan which I think could be likely. I'm thinking that Megan could die somehow, which would mess Declan up even more to know that he was partly responsible for her death (whether or not it's him who does it, he's put everyone in the situation so he'd feel guilty regardless).

I gave a little laugh at that scene, but it was more of "omg that was terrifying" sort of laugh! Same goes to when Declan spun around and whacked her in the head!

EDIT: Can throw Debbie and Pete into the group of characters at risk of a tragic end: http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/soaps/s12/emme...~oQP9twCP5XqAfR

Didn't see that coming!
I thought Robbie would die after Megan gave the cliche "I hate you right now" thing half way through the episode. Still, very drama packed episode!

I thought that too! She won't be able to forgive herself for those being her last words to him.

Brilliant episode - I really don't like Charity getting away with everything though. If Declan is dead (and there's talk that maybe he isn't) surely as an insurance policy - he's left some written account of the Home Farm fire and how Charity framed Sam and Rachel. If it stands as it is - Declan dead - she inherits everything and comes up smelling of roses ... AGAIN!

It was extremely gripping tonight, was on the edge of my seat, very well done by them all. I for one am very glad Charity's still alive, I don't like the character, we're not meant to I guess, but I find her so interesting, in a love-to-hate kinda way.
It has to be Declan that dies how could he get away with it. In a way i hope it is Declan as i feel he has run his course, i agree its annoying in a way to see Charity get away with it again but i like the character and emma is a good actress.

Charity should always get away with these things.

Well she couldn't talk her way out of that one could she?

I really like Emma Atkins but Charity had to face the music!

I have a feeling it'll be dopey Sam who abducts Charity

It seems to be too obvious for it to be Sam. Also - the hooded figure that clobbered Charity seemed to look (to me) to have a womanly shape! So who the hell it is I've no idea - perhaps its Rachel!!!!

Jai???

He's an irritating c**t of a character, I can't with the anticlimax

I was hugely disappointed that it was Jai! I think my idea of Rachel would have been much better!

I've got some great ideas for Corrie as well!!!!

Jai was a disappointing reveal and he doesnt pull of manace very well, i found his delivery for unrealistic and in no way threatening.
At the moment no soap is keeping me as glued as Emmerdale - it may be something to do with the fantastic Charity (she's the best, funniest, most believable soap drunk ever). I really hope when the time comes for her to leave Emmerdale - Emma Atkins has roles deserving of her - she's brilliant.

Totally agree. Emma Atkins is a great actress and Emmerdale is by far the best soap on TV at the moment.

Edited by truly talented

I wouldn't say Emmerdale is as consistently good as Enders but it is on good form and at least 50% of that is down to the incredible Charity. Her remark about it being a good job she was drunk because if she were sober she might just have to put a gun to her head was so funny. The Dingles are such hypocrites! I guess they've forgotten all about how Chas shagged Cameron, and Zak attacked Cain, and Debbie initiated herself into the Yorkshire mafia, each of whom was then expelled from the family by Zak or Lisa only to be welcomed back in a week later...
