Wish they'd announce some more promo?!

So far we've just got Lemonaid on the 12th, and Sunday Brunch on the 13th TV wise I think.... unless they're just saving it for the next single? But I said that about MHTO and here we are now haha.

Lemonaid is on the 19th, on the 12th Tinchy Stryder is on the show.

This weeks mailer says they're on the show and performing on the 12th...

Hmm, I'm not sure Keith lemon said on twitter than Tinchy will be on his show this week to perform as does the Tv Guides!
Surely they can at least do This Morning?
Or you know... Daybreak...

OR BBC Breakfast which are now occasionally doing guest performers (and also has double the audience of Daybreak).

My point was that Daybreak has like 7 viewers, so if they can't get that then they may as well give up.

Some radio stations in Ireland are all over 30 Days, I've heard it 6 times today altogether (2 on one radio station, 4 on another).

Their #51 on Irish Airplay!

Still no more promo announced, although I guess the Girls are focused on America which is understandable. Did anyone hear which was said during the interview? I was too busy hugging my pillow at this time in the morning.

I guess we can rule out a performance on Britians Got Talent had The Saturdays been performing we would have seen Rochelle popping the bottle of champagne for their biggest performance to date.

First off you can catch their first ever tv performance of ‘30 Days’ (with a special guest dancer!) on Keith Lemon’s Lemonaid. Tune in this Saturday (12th May) on ITV1 at 6:15pm.

Tbh, I'm shocked at how this is doing on the radio, it's very positive, it shows the intrest is still there despite getting snubbed by Capital, had Capital supported it, the song itself would most likely be top 20 in the raido updates.

Anyway I think they will only spend one week in the top 10, as by the sound of it they don't have major promotion...

They just announced the TV promo schedule:

Keith Lemon’s Lemonaid - Saturday (12th May)

Sunday Brunch - Sunday (13th May)

This Morning - Monday (14th May)

Daybreak - Friday (18th May)

I'm not so sure if they will be on the show on the 12th, Only 3 Live television performances! Quite poor promotion tbh.

Quite poor promotion tbh.

Why is it poor promotion? What else is out there than they're realistically going to get?

Compared to some artists, The Saturdays are everywhere.

Radio is where the work is needed and they're doing that quite well with the Radio 1 appearances. Capital should jump back with them for the next single.

They know this isn't one of their better singles, so why should they go all out by spending £££ when they could save it for the next single?

We Say the same over and over.

We Say the same over and over.

Do we?

What is said over and over again is how shit people think the promo is. Each single from On Your Radar had a performacne that was on a prime time tv show. So You Think You Can Dance, Tonight's The Night and Alan Carr. They've got Lemonaid for 30 Days. What is different? Nothing.

Infact, they've had more tv and radio appearances (including non performancs) for this campaign.

They're relying on this to just keep them afloat untill the next single, which they will want to shout and rave about.

It's frustrating to see them not performing on the second best shows though. I mean it's always the same story the next single will do better, Missing You was their biggest chance to get a number one and I doubt they will have a chance like that again.

I'm glad Radio1 are dedicated to The Saturdays, this is the third time in a month they've been invited to come on the show. Chris Moyles seems to enjoy them tbh as he always plays them in the morning.

The problem with that campaign was the song. If they had released Higher first it would have easily gone #1 and could have sold over 400k with the campaign that Missing You had. I suspect the problem was that they were stuck for a second single choice. (Though they should have released Here Standing as Winter Single).

Also Missing You was specifically a summer track, it wouldn't have had the same effect had it been released in winter.
