This track is wondrous. I can't wait for her to get on the Sound of 2012 and have a flop album.
I saw her support Robyn earlier this year. She was a mess. I had such a sigh of relief when I found out they weren't signing her. This sounds slightly more refined than the material she played but she is literally a mixture of La Roux and Marina. Either way I prefer the original acts.

Whether she's good live or not this and "Stay Away" are two of the best pop songs of the year. <3 <3 <3

She looks so much like Lykke Li in the video.

(tyron ur probably right lololo poor gurl o well)

I think this song is better than anything La Roux, Marina, and Little Boots have put out there though, pretty easily actually. (Radioactive might rival it potentially but otherwise? Not even close).

I think her marketing is pretty derivative (I mean this video, despite the fact that I like it, is just wolves + triangles + static). I think sound wise though she's doing something a little different though, sonically (idk how to put it though, it's very 80s, not that being inspired by the 80s is by any means "fresh"). "Stay Away" is also better than anything those acts above have put out, as well...

Looking at her twitter though, I get the vibe that basically she's just being marketed this way and probably isn't putting much creative direction into the whole thing. So basically, "Stay Away" and "Nuclear Seasons" are just f***ing excellent pop songs and she just happens to sing them. I like the direction she's being marketed though ~*~

WASH OUT YOUR MOUTH CHILD, this may be better than anything Boots has done but the Holy Trinity of Quicksand, In For The Kill and Bulletproof, as well as I Am Not A Robot and Obsessions still trump this bish ~
I love how this is so different to Stay Away, but I love them pretty much equally. She best do a bloody album, seriously!

In For The Kill is god awful #justsayin

This is FAR better than anything La Roux have managed to produce so far. This is the best pop track my ears have heard for quite some time and it really ought to be huge.
OBSESSED with this. It's taken a few weeks for it to fully dawn on me how brilliant this is admittedly, but yes, much better than most (I want to say all, but 'In For The Kill' was rather amazing) of La Roux's stuff.

An update on this broad:

She's now signed to Atlantic (major record label everyone). The record is out later in Spring. Production comes via Aerial Rechtshaid, Alex Metric, MNEK and Dimitri Tikavoi.

The next single is supposedly all very good and excellent.

I'm a bit late to the party here, but Nuclear Seasons is amazing  I will definitely look into her more, shame she doesn't seem to be taking off commercially yet :(

It wasn't the fact that she wasn't good live, it's the material that was utter w***. What I heard on the night was nothing like the video above.

I'm seeing her live next Saturday, can't wait! Nuclear Seasons is my baby! Fusion@London 2012, here I come!! :D

There was a nicely placed poster of hers in last nights Skins. Go marketing team.
