November 24, 201113 yr Boooo! at Adele overtaking Jessie J :( Jessie still ahead on plays though - looks like if Radio 1 hadn't skewed it massively she'd still be ahead overall. Moves Like Jagger #1 in Airplay mids - does that mean they'll have the record since Airplay records started, or will it mean they've equalled the previous best?
November 24, 201113 yr Rolling In The Deep at #1 :D Would you happen to have year-end figures for other years? If so, have any songs been the biggest airplay hit of the year without ever topping the airplay chart? (RITD peaked at #2). November 24, 201113 yr Author Moves Like Jagger #1 in Airplay mids - does that mean they'll have the record since Airplay records started, or will it mean they've equalled the previous best? They will equal the record. Rolling In The Deep at #1 :D Would you happen to have year-end figures for other years? If so, have any songs been the biggest airplay hit of the year without ever topping the airplay chart? (RITD peaked at #2). I've only got year end positions back to 2008, but all the year end number ones have topped the weekly chart.
November 24, 201113 yr I'm glad Rolling in the Deep is looking to be the year-end radio #1 now. I think it's much better than Someone Like You and Price Tag, and I know this sounds silly, but it seemed less overplayed them.
November 25, 201113 yr Rolling in the Deep #1 on radio :D So happy about that! I agree with you eric, it does seem less over played then SLY and PT Edited November 25, 201113 yr by Karma
November 25, 201113 yr Rolling In The Deep at #1 :D Would you happen to have year-end figures for other years? If so, have any songs been the biggest airplay hit of the year without ever topping the airplay chart? (RITD peaked at #2). Radio 1 showed just as much support for Price Tag, if not more  Did it? I'm sure RITD was on the A-list for an eternity; mind you PT might have been as well. Still odd that the plays for PT are higher but AI now lower :o I agree with Eric and Karma though, RITD doesn't get old and I think that is by virtue of the fact that it wasn't overplayed on commercial radio to start with.
