Fantastic voices, great charisma.

They shouldn't have splitted in the first place. They lost their chance, they won't have success now.

i wouldnt expect them to make any records. i dont think it will be that kind of reunion. think its like all those acts in the back on the sunday express who get wheeled out to play their hits ever so often before going back into storage.

i will pray to the lord almighty that this never happens again, they were terrible and ruined the pop music industry, let them wait where they are now
I believe this shouldn't happen, it would just be so wrong, but s club 7 on the other hand..

Just a timely-placed "remember who I used to be" statement to help her new career.

...and By Christ, I hope they don't come back.

I don't think they should get back together. Claire and Faye do have good voices and Steps were talented. The true talent behind them was Pete Waterman ofcourse. They were simply a pop product and did brilliant catchy disposable pop songs. To some people that makes them awful. But they were good at what they were ment to be good at.

Scooch however, Steps ripp off band had so much more potential. Yet never got anywhere.

they were bad then they will still be bad now lol although as with all bands they did have their fans and Im sure those that are out there may still think its a good idea although maybe with growing up their musical taste has changed :)

Is that a joke?! They were awful - bad songs and bad voices. I cannot believe you just said that!

Please, stop being so patronising to people and allow them the right to an opinion, no matter how much you disagree. I keep seeing you do this everywhere and it's getting irritating to read.

Ok.

Just think that Scooch were not a patch on Steps. I was actually wondering if they were being serious or if it was a joke.

I really liked scooch and I REALLY reccomend you listen to "Music to my heart" if you think their songs are "awful". It is one of the finest hidden gems out there  They were more camp than Steps which was a plus. They were totally marketted for gays and girls where steps was more for children. They were overlooked because there was basically no room for them and nobody could except them as anything else but a steps nock off. They did good songs that if Steps had released would have been big hits. Plus David comes from my home town and I often pass him when he's shopping! Its so lame but I STILL get a buzz when I see him. I used to be so so star struck at the time. Everybody download "music to my heart" its brilliant

I bought their album. The best songs on it were the singles - and even those sounded like Steps B sides. I really didnt think any of them could sing (proven by the dreadful guy on 'Boys Will Be Girls' on E4). They were just a cheaper, tackier version of Steps.
they were tackier but that was their appeal I think. They were more fun than steps. If you know what I meen? Their sound was more bouncy and image more playfull. I really did think their music was fab. And I adore the album
I would disown Lisa for a start. :arrr:
I loved Steps and have all their albums, great catchy songs, bit like Abba but not as good.
