I'm thinking I need to check out this "Snoop Dogg" :)

I'm not quite sure what you mean by this.

I remember when Michael Buble performed Haven't Met You yet on the X Factor. Heart FM are STILL playing it. :drama:

Very innocent honest. I just don't know the track to which you are referring :)

Do you like Buble? I'm thinking he's a bit overrated but people seem to love him!

Keep an eye out for Nine Inch Nails, Johnny Cash and (after midnight) Leona's 'Hurt'. Peformed on X Factor few minutes ago.

Well, it's the only song David Guetta and Snoop Dogg have done together. It's just you said JLS/One Direction would make the girls sweat, but I was saying they'd make them "wet" (i.e. orgasm), and I thought that was a coincidence because that's what the two different versions of their song (Sweat for the radio, and Wet on the album) are about.

I don't really like Michael Buble. I can't listen to his songs too much tbh. A few of my friends at school used to like him though, which was really strange, since they were the type that liked 50 Cent, Linkin Park, etc. I did point out that Michael Buble's music is probably mainly targetted towards middle-aged females, but they didn't listen... :coffee: Each to their own I guess. I mean, I can't really talk as a Rihanna fan.

Yeah hes one of the those artists that don't bother me none but I don't understand the magnitude of his success. He just talks rather than sings for me.

I thought that was what you meant and as its now after the watershed I can admit it :) How bad were ID tho? My god they make singing badly over a backing track an art form!

Mariah is falling :cheer: Down to #8.

Strictly Come Dancing effect. ;)

Out of interest, will Leona's 'Hurt' appear on iTunes singles chart, or the Albums/Pre Release?

I had a feeling.

Is Hurt even available to pre-order? In any case, EP sales will probably go to the album chart as I assume it'll be marked as an EP rather than a single, while sales of the individual track 'Hurt' will go to the songs chart.

Coldplay at number 1.. .could be a dream if not the X factor... and they have a big lead and everything... such a shame and it's WITHOUT there X factor performance so you can't say anything.
Coldplay for #1 next week? So random of Paradise to pick up like this rather than bombing out of the chart after the album's release.

How very dare you?!

I hope that xgactor girl performs it tomorrow (unless she's already out) and takes it to #1!

edit. she's out :(.

New in top 200:

Hurt - Johnny Cash #60 :D

Run - Leona Lewis #148 :D

Wow Cash straight in at #60, going top 40 or even higher? Leona's released at midnight!

YES Johnny Cash  Up to #53 now :D Hopefully it'll go top 40 on iTunes.

WHat a strong update for coldplay, 3-7% push from all songs.

lol. I don't think having a watershed can really work with Interent forums!! I mean, we're all from different timezones, and what's posted here can be read at any time of the day.

Hopefully 'Hurt' by Leona Lewis can at least reach the top 100 in its own right - although I suspect the EP will receive the most sales; in particular from her fanbase. As much as I'd love for the other two tracks to receive a chart position too - it's unlikely.

I think they'll need to increase QUITE A LOT MORE to hold off Little Mix's Cannonball :kink: #2 is very much in their reach though especially with another big promo burst coming tomorrow evening!

It's not really 'random' considering how much promo it's got in the last 3 weeks (CIN Rocks, I'm A Celeb, being reduced to 59p, Graham Norton and tomorrow The X Factor) when it had very little promo beforehand and was just relying on radio airplay and video airplay - and it held up in the top 30 on iTunes on its radio airplay alone for about 6 weeks.

The EP sales will almost certainly be combined to the single track 'Hurt' for official chart purposes as the EP is too short to chart on the albums chart. Same deal as Lady Gaga's 'A Very Gaga Holiday' and Bruno Mars' 'It's Better If You Don't Understand'.

Hope so. Leona will be so pleased too, Hurt, Colourblind and Iris are her three favourite songs of all time. I love her taste. Definitely going top 40! I'm so intrigued to see how hers does if Cash is so high already :o Hopefully eligible, not sure how its going to work, only 3 songs on the EP, so can every sale of that go toward Hurt charting on the single chart? Not sure, we'll see in an hour, hopefully iTunes doesnt go slow.

I haven't been on here for ages so I haven't been keeping up! Oh and of course the winner's single is next week. #2 is amazing though considering I was sure it would peak outside the top 10!
