Oooh I love SHINee so really looking forwards to that. I have to admit I haven't given the first part a listen yet as I wasn't keen on the single (I know unpopular opinion alert)... might give it a lil listen now though as I do adore them as a group.

The first single was very instant but now I cannot even listen through the entire song without stopping/skipping it. It got boring very quickly sadly.

SHINee comeback :w00t: I don't know why they're my favourite Korean boy group, I should like Big Bang more cos they're edgy, or SuJu more (because SM HWAITING :kink:) But somehow SHINee have the perfect mix of edgy, catchy and professional.

 

I discovered Hypnotize ages ago and fell in love with it as soon as I heard it. AMAZING song. Did it do well in Europe compared to Korea? :o

 

Yep, it was a big hit in Spain and I think a small hit in Italy and Portugal. In fact she recorded a Spanish version just for that market and released it on iTunes :D

I have no idea where did it chart in Spain as I went to look for it and since Andamiro isn't a big artist, got nothing useful out of Googling! :(

Jonghyun is injured thus has to pull out of the promotions. It's a shame as his voice practically MAKES SHINee and also he's my bias within the group.

 

I hope they don't strip off his vocals and replace it with Key, Minho, Taemin or Onew now...

Ah I understand, I hope he gets better soon! Seeing him missing made me a lil worried he was going to leave or something, so that's a relief (although obviously I'm not happy he's hurt). The song sounds pretty good though, looking forwards to the full song.

I actually prefer Dream Girl's teaser and think this one would be a tad bit disappointing when I hear the full release. :(

SHINee's track along with 4Minute is very disappointing to my ears. The SHINee's track has Taemin replacing all of Jonghyun's power notes with his rather subpar vocals instead. My Jjong isn't even IN the track at all! Also 4Minute's track is basically their version of GG's I Got A Boy but nowhere near as good and the MV is a combination of I Got A Boy and T-ara's Lovey Dovey with the zombie scenes which made NO SENSE.

 

However, HISTORY's debut track is amazing. The harmonies just make the song itself but then, I expected nothing less from the composer behind the track who also made "Sixth Sense" and "Good Day".

 

Must say I strongly recommend for people to download ALL THREE albums/mini-album/single. All three of them are amazing and are strong. No idea why 4Minute and SHINee went with a subpar title-track when their albums are amazing.

Yeah SHINees' song is a little disappointing, I like the verses it just the line 'Why so serious' is a little slow and i dunno.. doesn't sound that great to me. I actually adore the 4Minute song though, it's not one of their best, but still a very strong song! I'll give the other track a few more listens before commenting. :)

Not surprised at SHINee being #2 in Hong Kong. They're MASSIVE there everytime I go back every summer.

 

Fairly certain GG's The Boys album got something like #18 in the album chart or something. That had MASSIVE hype though so SHINee is already doing excellent on iTunes! :wub:

Does 4Minute have a mini album out too? I can't seem to find any trace of it on iTunes?

4Minute's album is called "Name is 4minute" and it should be out on iTunes.

2013 really is the K-Pop female girl group comebacks of hot mess....

 

First SNSD's I Got A Boy then 4Minute's What's Your Name and now T-ara's sub-unit "T-ara N4" has just released "Country Side Diary". LOVE IT NEVERTHELESS.

The video is amazing but for some reason, it's still missing something for me to make it absolutely amazing. Nevertheless a great song though!

That's brilliant! Really like that. Although, it feels like they've blatantly tried to create their own 'Gangnam Style'. :lol: It works for them though.
