December 10, 201113 yr I'm guessing it is worldwide. I'm surprised Gaga's Born This Way isn't Top 10. I think its just the US, if you go to the front page of each country they have up the Best of 2011, all sales are from December 10 to the end of the November. They are up literally every country, its actually quite interesting
