The single, "Love Your Body," has been sent to select radio stations and is just waiting for the okay from Christina's record label. The hotly-anticipated comeback single is reportedly produced by mega hit-maker Max Martin.

Wasn't expecting anything so soon but I guess this is a great time as 'The Voice' will be back on US screens by the time airplay has picked up.

Looking forward to it as long as it steers away from all the 'Bionic' type stuff.

Max Martin production apparantly, very radio friendly, but not a dance track and not exactly 'upbeat'. All promo has been pushed forward in case it leaked early and the album has been pushed forward too.

Very excited for it now, hopefully she can be to 2012 what J-Lo was to 2011 (in terms of a proper comeback).

What? One huge hit and a return to flopsville?

One huge hit + another hit in 'I'm Into You'. I wouldn't at all say that J-Lo has returned to 'flopsville', not just because of what happened with 'Papi'. Better than doing a Britney (if we're speaking of UK success).

"I'm Into You" barely took off, and her album sales are abysmal.

And before we start the Britney vs. JLO debate (in terms of UK success), one of the two of them didn't even promote in this country, the other performed at The Capital FM Summertime Ball.

I see part of your point but I don't think it's fair to say J-Lo has returned to flopsville and if Christina could do exactly the same as what J-Lo did in 2011 in would look great compared to the Bionic era at least, I'm not going to try and claim she's going to return huge to Rihanna/Katy Perry/Lady Gaga levels of success.

I suppose anything would seem an improvement on that era. I just think with a bit of promotion "Bionic" could've been big here!

But Bionic was shit.

Anyway I absolutely live for this woman so I hope this can be the comeback she needs. Girl needs to lose some of that weight though, she's looking HEFTY. And the explicit version of the song is called Fuck Your Body. :D

"Bionic" had such great moments.

I don't think weight really is an issue.

I actually loved Bionic!

Anyway, looking forward to this, I have no idea what's it going to wind up sounding like!

I'm interested in hearing this.

One thing I didn't like about being an Xtina fan was the long gap between each album. It pissed me off between 2003 and 2006 and it pissed me off again between 2007 and 2010. Thank God she's stopped the "one album every 4 years" trend. Hopefully this song will be released properly ('Not Myself Tonight' would've gone top 10 if it didn't have that stupid OA/OS release).

Hopefully we'll get a 'Moves Like Jagger Part II' on her album. :kink:

Excited for this, with Christina, even her shit stuff is amazing compared to others.
Look forward to this, really hope she can have some success again!
Intrigued to hear this, I do quite like her as a person so I hope she can turn it around. When she's good, she's absolutely amazing - 'Stripped' is one of my fave albums ever and parts of 'Back To Basics' were pretty damn good too. Heck, even 'You Lost Me', 'I Am' and 'Lift Me Up' were good on Bionic (and I shamefully loved 'Woohoo'). Hopefully this will be less tryhard GaGa stuff, and more just good solid pop.

I can imagine the song leaking fairly soon if radio stations already have it.

I can't wait to hear it. I hope it's good. The charts are really in need of something at the moment, and I think as was always done in the past, Christina will be the one to deliver that. :)
