I don't understand most of it, it's only high school Russian so :P. Struggling with reading and writing. Got 56/60 for speaking, 52/140 for reading, writing and listening -_-

 

I HATE LEARNING IT :angry:

 

Btw any tips for easy learning? :P

I don't have any. :( I'm just interested in learning languages, I guess that does the trick.

Yeah, reading is far far far far far easier I find.

 

My school teaches Russian too, I have no idea why :lol: When I finish my French GCSE at the end of this year, I can choose either Spanish, Italian, Mandarin Chinese or Russian for next year. The women who teaches Russian was my French teacher in Year 7 (my first year of secondary school) and my Italian teacher last year, and she absolutely hates me so although Russian would be interesting to learn I'm ruling that one out :lol:

Wow, my school only offered French, German and Spanish. And even German they got rid of for the people 2 years below us!

Studying Spanish or Italian will run smoother after studying French. Mandarin is quite awesome as well. I started it a few months ago (on a pause now haha). It literally tires you to think about how to pronounce properly, playing with intonation and everthing, and repeating one sentence 40 times to achieve perfection. :lol:

My school specialises in languages so I think that's why we have so much choice :P

Saying she knows Italian is using it in the loosest sense, she was apparently learning it at night class as she taught us, and always had to go and ask another teacher for help with less simple words :lol:

My school offers Latin, Greek, Italian, Spanish, French, German and of course Russian :P

 

We had to do French and Latin for the first 3 years of high school... Was a pain having exams for 2 languages and u MUST take at least a language for GCSE too :(

 

And about the reading part, reading a language is easy. The paper I had to do was reading in the way you have to familiarize the vocabulary words which I hate. So translating was a pain for me.
